You're the caretaker of a mythical garden high in the heavens, and will greet the protagonists when they arrive and give them instructions on how to pass through the maze-like garden, along with warnings of what unspeakable acts she would do to them if any of them should damage the plants...

The creepy ally who says very odd things, that make others think they are insane, but you know how helpful they truly are, and if they can manage to find some pants, you'd even invite them along for the journey.

That little girl who you happen to stumble upon in the haunted house you're exploring and think you need to save, but then she turns out to be one of the bad guys and tries to chop you into little pieces :D

Seems to me, that she would be a recurring character, but not a member of the party. Someone with a traveling shop of mysterious items perhaps.

A sad NPC crying in an alleyway. She only has a %5 chance of appearing, however, and the location she appears in is always random, so it would take the player some time before they come across her, sometimes never.

I'm going to say that it'd have to be an indie game centered around rock bands and pseudo anthropomorphic barbarian warriors, right? Your avatar would be the flirty NPC that shows up in the most random places (middle of fields, taverns, caves behind water falls... etc....) and always has a ' -wink!- ' after every line of text he says. xD

Oh boy, this one's a bit confusing. Let's see...your avi is an archangel, sent to capture the hearts of the unpure. You travel from place to place, giving the main protagonist hints and details about their quests and situation while completing your quest of capturing corrupted hearts at the same time.

@Queen: Hmm...one of the randomly encountered enemies in the 'laboratory' arc of the storyline, where the protagonists have to battle through hordes and hordes of hybrid monsters made from various experiments to get to the crazy scientist at the end of the maze.

I'd say the antagonist (no pun intended), who pops up right when the heroes think they've finally succeeded in their mission and steals the final artifact before running away with it, leaving a dummy substitute in its place.

You're the party's melee fighter. You trained in martial arts, but you also have an attitude!

You're a centaur who can cast healing spells, and will join the protagonist party if they decide to help out her village in a side quest.

Antaggy would be the evil villain that kidnaps a young girl and hold her for ransom.

I kinda see Velvet as one of those important NPCs in an RPG style game that will later appear in the main storyline.

You'd probably come across her early in the story, be it the first town, and she doesn't really say much yet she has a different appearance than most average villagers. That's where the player keeps staring and running back to her to see if anything has changed or anything triggered.

And than at the last minute, she will appear at the end, making you shout blasphemies because you knew it all along.

Flowery is the crazy witch that lives alone in the woods, the protagonists could either anger her or receive her help, depending on the speech choices they make when talking to her. When angered she will send a hoard of rainbow-colored wasps after the protagonist party that will cause one random skill of each of them to drop by one point permanently, but if she decides to help them then she will give them each an eyeball to eat, which will give them each one free skill point.

Antaggy would be the calm, dead pirate merchant that your character would be able to stock up on supplies from.. as long as they carry the right amount of coin.

You are an NCP who usually has valuable information/items for the hero's party. For a price...

main character in a pirate quest game! you are the captain searching for treasure. there are ship battles and digging and fighting and running away. it would be awesome!

Princess of the cenataurain people that aides the main character in his/her quest.

A mini boss that gives the hero a run for his money!

The bandit who's on a scouting mission and runs into the protagonist party. Ends up being recruited because the protagonist offered more pay than banditing gave him.

Probably a character that the party needs to go to for information, but makes them do a favor for him (whether that be gathering things for him, stealing for him, possibly killing off mooks for him, possibly making him dinner, etc...) before he tells them anything. He would be regarded as annoying by some but the fangirls would love him because he's practically walking fanservice. XD

I think you would be either a healer-type or some kind of summon that casts holy magic.

You look like a priestess...either of the protagonist's group or an NPC who works at a temple.

Probably the character that gets the player into the mess that they're in and starts the game. There was a king/queen/important person killed and people are pointing the finger at you. No one truly knows what happened, and you ask the player for help so you can find out the truth. It's only towards the end of the game that it's revealed what exactly happened.
