alli accidentally nodded off once and immidiatly stood up and paced to stop from falling asleep again. she caught kaku up and ran over to him. "hey. would you stay up and watch them for awile?" kaku smiled and nodded, "yes ma'am." alli smiled and nodded her thanks and took a walk down deeper in the forest she had ever been before. soon she got lost and couldnt find her way back. damn. well this is not good. she grabbed her sword and took it out. she began walking east trying to remember where the vampire rebels base was.

Lena fell asleep before Ankoku left the room. Her dream started great. Although more like what would have been normal to her. She was sitting in her old room. Reading a book when the head counsel man came in. Furious. He took a few steps towards her, clinching his hands into fists. He quickened hi pace and came over to Lena, picking her up by the shirt and throwing her down to the bed. Lena shot up in a cold sweat. Looking around the darkened room, finding she to be the only one. She was afraid suddenly. the feeling just took her over. Getting up, she headed out of the room, and outside the base. Her skin lightened in the moonlight. Almost as light as some of the vampires. Her eyes scanned around her as her mind just absorbed the calm feeling.

alli rummaged through the forest pushing past brush and bushes and finally got to the clearing of the base. good. now i can find my way back to my slayers... but before she could follow the path she led them out to, she noticed lena. she had to do a double take to make sure it was actually her since the moonlight made her skin so light. she walked over slowly and frowned not knowing what to say. it probably looked weird having to see alli again. she knew lena didnt like her very much.

Lena-May sat down on the step of the base. She wanted to go for a walk, but of coarse knew the danger. Lena heard a small rustling in the bushes and looked up almost automatically. If it were a vampire from the military, she was in trouble. Even though she would be told she could fight, Lena-May physically could not. She had been given drugs from the guards at the main counsel building to insure she would be an easy source of food. It worked. She stood up and watched as Alli came out of the woods. what is she doing back here already? Lena thought to herself.

alli looked lena over and remained frowning. saying 'hello, how are you doing?' would probably lead to a more annoying conversation, so alli shook her head. i have to get out of here. "can you tell me where i left?...i got lost taking a walk, and need to get back to my slayers."

ankoku heard noises coming from the ground level of the base. he dashed over to the edge and jumped off landing in between lena- may and alli. he noticed it was just the two of them. "oh its just you two. i thought the military found us, then we'd be in trouble." he half chuckled.

Lena looked to Alli. "I was inside when you all left. I do not know. Maybe you should start tracking-" She stopped as Ankoku jumped down from the roof. She stepped back. A bit surprised at his action. Also, she did not know he was up there.

alli looked up at ankoku, unsurprised. seeing lena's reaction, she had to stife a laugh. she looked at ankoku and frowned. "yes, that would be bad." she crossed her arms and tried to smile. "thank you again for the hospitality, but i need to find where i left. i got lost in the woods and found my way here."

Lena-May stepped a bit closer to one direction near the woods. Seeing a footprint in the mud. "Perhaps this way?" She pointed up into the woods. She backed up suddenly as a force rushed by her. Surrounding them just seconds later were about ten vampire's from the military. Each second another showed up with the crowd. Some even had blood on their hands...

alli sighed looking at the footprints and nodded about to open her mouth to say something, when the vampire soldiers rushed in. "what the hell..." she grumbled quietly clenching her fists.

"Feeding time!” a high pitched voice cried out, accompanied by the noisy sound of a dinner bell. Leone looked up from his books. She was standing at his doorway and he reluctantly got up. Taking up space by the door to his study, Leone’s young maid held a golden bell menacingly.“I said its feeding time,”she said in a cold tone. “Mmm,well I’m not hungry,"Leone waved to dismiss her“,I haven’t moved much today so I don’t feel like eating." He slinked back towards his desk but the girl ran up to him and made an ugly face that denoted her anger.“You told me that excuse three days ago”she said, gritting her pointed teeth to emphasize her patience with him. Leone knew it was no use to argue at this point and straightened himself. The girl flounced back to the hall proudly. He followed and exited as she yelled“, Young Master is coming to have his meal!” Leone mimicked her voice and made sure she heard it.
“Funny”he said “you never call me ‘young master’ in my face.”
“That’s because you never act like one around me,”she retorted.
Leone shrugged with humor and descended the main staircase. Heading down the large halls to his room. The house echoed his every step and Leone almost fell asleep, nearly bumping into an antique knight amour. Arriving at the large doors that led to his rooms, Leone knocked on the door and entered. Inside was a young girl. He had ordered for a teenage female but they seemed to botch the order up again, at least he didn’t have to fetch it himself. Having servants to deliver his human was rather nice. She stared at him with large owl like eyes and was slightly shaking. Leone only knocked to warn his meal that he had arrived but sometimes he felt that it scared them more than him arriving unexpectedly. Climbing into his bed, Leone rolled over to face his meal, who was seated on his armchair.
“So…” he joked “, can you just prepare yourself and slit your throat or do I have to do it myself?”The girl whimpered a bit and managed to whisper “mercy” through her bleeding lips. It was cracked due to the creature biting on it one too many times. Silly thing, letting herself bleed so easily, did it have a death wish? Leone closed his eyes sleepily,“I won’t eat you yet, Miss; let me work my appetite up after a quick nap.…”
The girl mumbled something. Leone opened one of his eyes and glanced at the girl.
“What’d you say?”
The girl remained silent.
“C’mon” Leone reached out a finger and prodded the girl, who flinched at his touch and drew back.
“I said I’m not a girl!” she, or rather, he said with more force.
Leone was surprised but declined to ask for the human to give him proof.
“Well, Mr. ma’am, are you ready for me to kill you now that you’ve disturbed my slumber?”
The boy gave him a look of pure horror and his eyes filled up with tears. Oh no, Leone thought. Getting up, Leone took out a handkerchief and gave it to the boy and patted his back soothingly. The boy wasn’t wailing (smart of him, as that would’ve earned him his quick death) but he was sucking in air, crying and hiccupping in a alarming fashion.

Leone offered him water to hydrate himself but the boy rudely knocked it away. “I-I want my mom! I don’t want to d-die,” the human no longer looked cute. Its face had turned several shades darker and snot ran down its face. Leone’s anger snapped. “Shut up and stop crying now” he hissed coldly. The child stop whining for it’s mother but it couldn’t stop hiccupping. Sitting back on his bed, Leone regarded the young specimen. It appeared to be eleven years old. The idiots, he thought. Leone had requested for a young teenage female human this child was obviously far from one. Were the vampires in charge of distribution running low on humans? Anyways, Leone’s appetite started to fade and he rose up.
“You know,” he said more to himself than to the human “, I guess I don’t really need to drink you.”

The child stared back distrustfully at him.“Yup, it’s true,” [/COLOR]he said, opening his mouth and tapping at his canines. “In fact,” he added“,I might help you find your mummy as well.”The child rose at the bait and looked at him with wonder. “Only,” he paused “if you stop making any noises.” The child seemed to still distrust him but after several minutes its sobs faded. “Good boy.” Leone said as he picked the child up by its arm. The boy wasn’t small or light. Leone needed an extra boost. Going over to his private bar, he glanced at the content.“Monster, no. chicken blood tastes nasty…hmm pig blood…Nah.” Suddenly he saw it, reaching into the back; Leone emerged with a bottle of red wine.
The kid gasped. Leone took a while to assure him that it was indeed grape juice. Of course, wine was a sedative to humans but for Leone, it was there to dull his nose in case he smells the blood of stronger, richer tasting humans. After drinking a glass, Leone took the human and wrapped its tiny form inside a leather cape covered it from head to toe. Leone carried it under his arm like a basketball and exited to the hall. No one bothered him or gave him an extra look; the other vampires knew better than to disturb the only son of Richard Gauh. Leone went to the garage and drove out in a small black vehicle. After turning the engine on, the human boy poked it’s head out in the back. “Where are we going?” the kid whispered, as though there were other vampires listening outside the car. I’m not exactly sure myself, Leone thought but he reassured the boy that they were going to find help, rebel help. Leone knew there were several small yet bothersome bands that he could hand the human to. They had always caused quite a bit of a mess that his Father always took note of and had the job to cover the accidents up. The boy in the back seemed to trust him and it was asleep in less than a few minutes. Leone's mind breifly churned up the idea to quickly slit it's throat while it's unconscious but he dismissed it as he had already given the child his word. He turned the car out of the city and towards the woods, which were a decent and likely cover for a hunted group of rebels.

ankoku summonmed the blade of the twilight. he jumped back and grabbed lena may to jump back to the door that went inside of the base. "go iside lock yourself in the room dont come out untill i come get you." he hit the button next to the door and an alarm rang that alerted the other rebels who rushed out with their weapons. "lets get these council lapdogs off our turff boys." the rebels yelled their war crys and attacked the council soilders. ankoku started fighting off the soilders that tried to come close to the door. "try this on for size." he slowly waved his hand over his sword as it started glowing. "council lapdogs!" he slashed his blade through the air and and explosion blew them all away from the door killing most of the nearby ones.

"Okay." Lena nodded and got herself inside. She had to push herself against the wall as the rebel's ran out. Being sure not to be in the way. As they passed, she continued upstairs. Tripping on the way, but catching herself. She went into the room and locked the door, making sure the already unlit room stayed that way. Lean leaned against the door to catch her breath, listening to the heavy fighting outside, as well as anothers breathing in the room. As well as footsteps, slowly walking towards her in the darkened room. Lena started to feel for the light switch, only to have her arm grasped, and pushed into the wall. A slow breath came by her ear, "Hello Darling.. Miss me?" The voice whispered, making Lena thrash about.

ankoku heard a sound coming from inside the rebel base. "only lena should be in there." he rushed back in and kicked down the door to his room and saw ranpu. "get out of my house!" ankoku yelled as he sent another blast wave at ranpu, blowing him through the wall to the ground below. ankoku jumped down and picked ranpu up. "you side with dad even after he killed mom!" ankoku threw him into the ground and picked ranpu up agian. "you continue hunting humans even after i killed dad!" he kincked ranpu and sent him flying into a tree. he dashed over and picked ranpu up agian. "and even after i scar you, practically leaving you have blind, you keep this going!" he threw ranpu into the air then jumped up and kicked him to where ranpu landed on the roof of the rebel base. ankoku landed near ranpu as ranpu struggled to get up. "although you prove a point lets look at what you've done, shall we." ranpu stood up and said "you sided with mom and she died for it, but dad had mercy on you because he cared about you-" "bullshit! dad just wanted someone to keep this hellhole going if something happened to you." ankoku cut off ranpu. ranpu continued. "you went agianst dad and started the rebellion. you killed his wife he found after taking over. you killed the child he had with that woman and while where on the subject of killing people, you killed him." they stood there staring at each other. "you and i both know that no matter when we end this where both goin to hell." ranpu claimed. ankoku looked at him and said "you might but i dont plan on it. besides look around we're practically in hell." they both looked at the war that was going on on the ground below.

alli stayed after lena may and ankoku went inside she was fighting off as many vampires as she could while still looking a bit sleep-deprived. she pulled out her stake and flashed it out as another vampire came up from behind. she pushed it angrily through his heart and ripped it back out moving on to the next one. this time she pulled out her sword chopping off as many heads as possible. she didnt know how many, but she knew she must've killed a lot of vampires because when she was done, she reaked of vampire blood and sweat. she heard the sound of a hover car aproaching and she immidiatly went up on her guard again holding the stake in her right hand and her katana sword in her left hand.

Lena -May was frozen as Ranpu started to bite down on her neck. Something he did not normally do because of how dangerous it was. The counsel leader did not seem to care. Ankoku kicked the door down, sending him flying back and out of the room to the ground. The shockwave came by Lena, seemly to go around her and hit him. She sunk down to the ground, grabbing her sleeve to cover the small puncture wounds in her neck. All while cursing herself for not being able to help. Her physical body had been chemically made to soften her up as such.

ankoku jumped down to his room and looked at lena may as she laid on the floor clutching her neck where ranpu bit her. "you... YOU BASTARD!!!" ankoku felt a dark energy flowing through him. he floated towards the window and back up to the roof where he hovered away from the edge of the rooftop. a dark aura appeared around him, and he suddenly moved his body to the form of a cross. he suddenly grew clams, and his fangs grew. he grew demonic wings instead of his black fallen angel wings, and his eyes changed to a blood red color while the pupils changed to make a demons eyes, and the whites of his eyes turned jet black. he looked at himself and said "so its true. that shaman waqs right, i am a hybrid, and a hybrid like no other hybrid." to prove his assumptions 3 horns grew on the top of his forehead. he looked at ranpu and said "you'll pay for what you've done, just like dad did." ranpu looked in horror as he had a flashback of the corpse that was his father. "so it was true, the reports said that it seemed like dad was killed by an animal because of the claw marks but because of the holes from sword stabs through the heart and neck it didnt seem likely."

alli froze when she heard a new hovering sound. she turned her head and looked up. it was ankoku. no it wasnt. yes. but in a different form? she shook her thoughts and ran. she clentched her sword coming to a door and kicked it in. she saw lena-may first and ran over. "lena!" she shook lena a bit and frowned looking around. she continued holding her katana sword and saw ranpu. "what did you do!?" she demanded an answer.

Lena held the cloth to her neck even after the bleeding had stopped. She could not risk having the smell linger about too much. She looked up as Alli started to shake her. "I am fine!" She said back over the loud sounds of metal clashing. A small tear ran down her face as repressed memories started to come up in her mind. She quickly wiped the tear away, getting her usual neutral expression back. She saw Ankoku's new form, remembering the reports. Well.. mostly because she took the blunt from that anger..

alli frowned at her. "you are not fine. your bleeding all over." she pushed the cloth away and saw the puncture marks. "damn. the only thing vampires think were good for. filthy little-" she stopped and remembered the vile ankoku gave her earlier. she pulled it out and held it up. she looked at lena and held the bottle to her. "drink." was all she said.

Leone stopped the car. He had seen a vampire from the council’s special force crawling injured, back to the city. Getting out of the car, Leone helped the guy up and asked what was going on. The vampire grunted and nodded towards some bushes that were streaked with his blood. A trail. “Rebells” he coughed out. Nodding sympathetically, Leone gave the man his car and went to the back to take the kid out. “It’s not safe,” the vampire yelled “, there’s major fighting and even Ranpu’s there!” Leone entered the forest anyways. The engine of the car could be heard driving away. Dropping the kid, he walked over to a tree to calm himself. The scent of blood and howls could be heard, despite his dulled senses and for some reason he was itching to join the fight. After a moment, he recollected his wits. This wasn’t his fight; it was the council’s job to handle rebels. However the kid would die on his hands if he returns to the city and Leone wasn’t a murderer; at least not directly. He should give the rebels a hand. Leone had the human stay put inside a large hollowed tree. Jogging over to the source of the chaotic sounds; he stripped his jacket and reached for his gun. But arriving at the scene, he saw that it wasn’t a private operation. It was a large scale one. Soldiers were attacking what appeared to be the base. Retreating, Leone decided to flee until it was done; he’ll check on the aftermath to see who won. Most likely the vampires.

ankoku looked at ranpu and said "its true, when i saw dad i started thinking about how he killed mom and i lost it." he held up his clawed hand and continued "i turned into this...... this monster." he looked back at ranpu and held the blade of the twilight to ranpu and said "when i killed dad he performed one last spell that allowed him to send his spirit to his first born child. you took dads place not only through your own will but because he told you to do so." ankoku's blade started glowing. "one slash with my blade like this will release him from within you. then i will finish him off." ankoku dashed at ranpu with his wings outspread. he slashed at ranpu and their father's spirit was released. "father!" ranpu reached out to his father. ankoku dashed and killed the last shred of existence of their father. "now im going to kill you." ankoku pointed his bloodied blade at ranpu.

Lena looked at the small bottle, before taking it and drinking just a small amount. She did not need much, besides Alli would need it more than she. "Thank you" Lena-May said to her, putting the cloth back onto her neck, and looking to the ground. She ignored the comment about the vampires... mostly because her head was spinning now.

alli took the bottle back when she was done and shoved it back into her pocket. "stay here. and. dont move." she rolled her eyes at herself. where would she go, alli? the grocery store? she stood up and held her sword in a neutral position, running up to them, ready to attack both sides if needed. "ankoku, if you need my help killing off this bastard, i will with pleasure!" she yelled.

"stay out of this. the nly thing youll do is end up like ur friends. dead." ankoku watched as ranpu became enraged. "he's making the transformation. from vampire to vampyre. from the graceful human form to the deadly beast form." ranpu's skin went paler, he grew wings, his fangs grew more, he grew claws, his eyes went completly black. "this is the monster form of vampires. it'll be the death of you if you even think of jumping in to this fight." ankoku brandished his blade and said "i'll finish this." he looked back at war between his rebel army and the council army. he snapped his fingers and the gor of death appeared over the area. ankoku floated up to the god and said "give me the power to deystroy my brother's army. my payment has already been given, centuries ago." the god of death nodded and summoned his scythe. he handed it to ankoku. ankoku took it and swung it over the battlefield. all of the soilders of the council's army stopped in their tracks and feel to the ground stone cold dead. the god of death took back his scythe and drained the souls of the fallen soilders. the god of death was gone then. "now to finish you 'dear' brother" ranpu roared and flew up to ankoku. ankoku blocked ranpu's attack and then grabbed ranpu by the neck. ranpu tried fighting his way out of the hold. ankoku threw ranpu down to the ground. ankoku dashed down and stabbed ranpu. ranpu screamed in pain. ankoku let the blade sit and said "not moving foward is the same as being dead. since you refused to move on and let dads dream die, i will finish the process and kill you." the runes on the blade of the twilight started to glow and the power of the blade was summoned. all that was left was ankoku, the blade of dawn, and a crater in the ground. ranpu's body was gone. ankoku picked up ranpus blade and said "as life is given life must also be taken. the sins we have commited will lead us to the path of either heaven or hell. i know now that my sins wil surely send me to hell but i hope you dont follow me brother no matter how cruel you were i know deep down we were the same." ankoku dug ranpu's blade into the ground where his body once was. "may you rest in peace brother."
