everyone who is dealing with crises! Springtime is such a reflective period of renewal for me. A time to reevaluate current conditions and ponder habits creating stress.

Currently considering whether or not I should keep a job I accepted during a few months of a potentially major crisis in our family. The crisis resolved and I'm left wondering if I just jumped at the job because it was there and practical. It has the potential of giving us a bit of extra spending money and would make it easier to pay some bills in a timely fashion, but that's about it.

Hubster and I are thinking about selling some inexpensive jewelry he bought/hoarded last year at local flea markets. He's working now and is being considered for two different jobs - so all of this is a good change for us. I just need to make up my mind!

i worry way too much about everything

selling some of the inexpensive jewelry sounds like a good idea

it has been a very long and tough winter, hasn['t it?

I'm just not that social lately. Like when I get to school or whatever I'll talk to people, but it's just getting there. It has been a tough winter, and with hubby and I having issues, it's probably more me, I just don't feel like doing anything.

In fact I need to go water my flowers and put some away i haven't planted yet. I'll be right back.

it's the only other dusk thing i see

The jewelry isn't mine. He bought it all last year with the intention of selling it online, but never did anything about it. The job is not something that could help my career, in fact it could be a negative factor if I keep it for more than a year and am finally able to work outside our home.

Plus I'm finding the appointments and time my kids need from me outweighing my ability to have money to just play. I had to take this job in case one of my kids was denied disability, but it was approved.

The more I think about this, I'm realizing that after spending 5+ years in crisis mode concerning money, it may be I'm just not used to having money to spend on anything other than bills and food. It's not a huge amount of money, but it's not needed. It's more of a want than a need, and... I may just be a bit weirded out by the sudden change
