Oh wow so I don't have that item, but I distinctly remember that someone was actually selling it for a good decent price in the marketplace not too long ago. I just looked in the marketplace and it was sold January 24, 2016. That was the one I saw but someone has already bought it so oh well :(

I had the item when it came out but I donated it when I 'quit' Mene a while ago before my last hiatus. I didn't think I'd need the CI again

I'm sure there's one out there ^_^ only thing is so few people are coming online on a regular basis so maybe they have one to sell but just aren't selling them yet
