For a while, I would take advil nearly every night because I got these terrible headaches.
After a period of time, I started to think that maybe my head was hurting not because something was wrong, but because my body wanted the advil. So I weened myself off. Slept bad for a day or two, but I haven't really had a headache since.

I don't know if I can think about food now.
I'm stuffed.

I used to be the same... then I took a few weeks off work and didn't need them anymore :P

I don't know what causes mine, but sometimes, they're unbearable. I can be a baby too, though. It always feels like someone clubbed me in the back of my head, and then it will radiate down into my neck and shoulders the next day. I think it's sugar-related.

I remember you mentioned you worked with computers, but I don't remember what exactly. Was it a call-center?

It's not overly stressful... annoying as hell but not stressful :P

I didn't need them until about 18months ago. I did email support and it ruined my eyes :)
