Personality: Most people would label Sam as eccentric if he actually warmed up to others. Being shy and imaginative, he tends to stick to the back of classrooms, rarely volunteering answers in lectures. He is witty, surprisingly flirtatious, and reserved.

❖ Appearance Ryuu is a very handsome 5-foot, 11-inches tall male. He has lovely charcoal bluish-black hair with fringe on the right that tends to mask his eyepatch. Yes, Ryuu wears an eyepatch; it's black and he never takes it off. His visible, left eye is a golden color. If you look closely, you'll see that it's a contact. Only, it's not. He just wears a contact to make people think he's wearing a contact. His natural eye color is indeed gold, but we'll get into why later. Regarding his attire, Ryuu is always seen wearing a white oxford, a black tie, and some sort of blazer or jacket. His pants always match the color of his jacket. Around his feet are black dress boots with gold toes. On the collar of his jacket, he wears a pin that represents his family's crest--it's a dragon snaked around an unsheathed sword.
❖ Powers Ryuu might look like a normal boy but he has a mighty secret. He is actually a dragon--not just any dragon--he's a dragon that's in line to take the thrown! Yes, Ryuu is a soon-to-be Dragon Prince! As he is a dragon, it's only natural that he has the ability to fly. He also has amazing eye-sight--yes, even with one eye being behind a patch! Ryuu also has the ability to breath fire. His core temperature is always warmer than those around him; it just comes from the fact that he is a dragon and has a fire swelling within.
❖ Personality For those that don't know him, Ryuu comes across a bit cold and standoffish. He's an enigma. He doesn't really talk much and, when he does, things tend to come out harsh and very blunt. But, if you give him and chance and actually get to know the guy, you'll see Ryuu in a totally different light. He's actually very prim and proper. Sure, he's prideful, confident, and competitive, but he's also a really nice guy. He keeps his promises and doesn't actively go out of his way to hurt people. Just ask the guys on the soccer team! They'll tell you he's probably the coolest kid on campus.

❖ Appearance When not donning his feline features, Lev looks like your every day, average human. He is 5-10 inches tall with pale blonde hair and lively green orbs with flecks of gold in them. He wears whatever he wants, usually a t-shirt and jeans. Colors don't really phase him; he has been known to wear pale purples and deep pinks as well as lime greens or vibrant reds. When he takes on his alter-ego, he wears a skin-tight black suit. To mask his true identity, he wears a black mask that conforms to his new cat-like eyes. He sees no need to chance his hair color for who would honestly assume someone would look so close to their true identity. He does this to 'throw people off,' or so he claims. When wearing the mask, Lev gains and extra 2-inches, making him 6-foot even. It should be noted that his cat ears do reflect his true emotion, despite being fake--or are they?
❖ Powers When duty calls, Lev can call forth the powers of his alter ego--Cat Syth or Cyth. In Celtic mythology, Cat Sith is a fairy creature that resembles a large black cat with a white spot on its chest. Although Cyth has no white spot, he does have a golden bell on his collar bone, showing similarities to the legends of old. That being said, Cyth was blessed by a fairy. This fairy gifted him with super speed, peerless dexterity, and superhuman strength. He has cat-like reflects and his nose and eyes are far better than those of a human. Additionally, his razor sharp claws can cut through steel. There is a downside to his power though! He only has 9-minutes to save the day before his powers end and he goes back to being Lev. And, well, going back to Lev isn't ideal as he doesn't want anyone to know his super secret!
❖ Personality Lev is a super sweetheart. He's always helping people. Lev volunteers all the time and if he's not, he's usually working his part-time job as a teacher's assistant. He tutors students in either Japanese or French. He's a bit of a hopeless romantic too; he's just trying to find the perfect girl to share his secret with. Because of this, he can come across a bit bashful or shy. Cyth is the polar opposite of Lev. Cyth is a sassy do-first-think-later kind of guy. He's also extremely flirty, hitting on literally anyone. He's cool and confident--and he knows he's cat's meow. He can come across too aggressive and sarcastic. He's also very possessive of things that are 'his.' Meaning, his pride can bruise easily.

Appearance: With wide green eyes, blonde locks, and a height of about 5 feet 5 inches, Mallory comes across as your average twenty year old. But don't be fooled, there's a reason for all of the empty bottles of sun-screen in her trash can and a refusal to get anywhere near garlic. When the sun goes down, the fang comes out.
Usually donning a t-shirt and a pair of jeans, Mallory would much rather opt for comfort over style. However, she wouldn't be caught dead without her sun hat and a pair of shades. When in the full out "vampire-mode" that isn't a little black bat one can look forward to a pair of fangs and bright red eyes. However, typically her sharps are retracted and her eyes the curious green. Personality: Your 'feet on the desk' kind of girl, Mallory is generally laid back and seemingly careless. She'll often chime in with a witty commit or two, never failing to amuse herself. She isn't angered easily, but when she is she doesn't hold back, letting the offender know exactly what they did to make her that way. Mallory often keeps to herself more when she is feeling underfed, not wanting to rage out on some poor college student. When consumed by her vampire-instincts, Mallory is reckless and easily irritated, often losing any restraint she holds in front of her peers.

Age: 22 Major/area of study: History Species: Human Powers/skills(for humans): For as long as he could remember, Vinnie loved running. Needless to say, his parents spent a good part of Vinnie's childhood trying to track him down when he would randomly take off in a supermarket or at the park. He's also pretty okay at partying and finishing his assignments frantically at the last minute. Appearance: Standing at roughly 5-11 and with a head full of brown hair, there is nothing particular about Vinnie's appearance that stands out in a crowd. He prides himself on having a sweet smile, but isn't sure that others would agree. Viridescent eyes rest upon his face, usually scanning the room for any distraction besides what he should actually be doing.
On an average day Vinnie sports a sweater of some sort and a pair of jeans, so again, nothing that draws a ton of attention to him. He constantly switches between letting his facial hair grow out and shaving it all of, still trying to find the perfect balance between looking too young and looking too old. Personality: For the most part, Vinnie is a social being and prefers the company of others to being alone. He enjoys meeting new people, always curious about the stories they have to tell and the things they have to say. His major flaw is his attention span, often never staying interested in just one thing for long, a trait that makes college somewhat frustrating to him. If offered a chance to get out of doing actual work you can be sure that he will take it, which is why he seems to be at most parties and events.

Powers/skills(for humans): Nanami might look like a normal human, but she is much more than that. She is a witch. In truth she isn’t exactly sure what she is since she comes from a mixed bloodline and possesses magic. She has an affinity for the elemental magics and healing. Other than magic she is able to communicate with nature, summon animal and plant life to her aid and telepathically communicate with others.
Appearance: Nanami is rather short standing at only 5’1”. She has a petite frame with an hourglass figure. With her light beige skin, waist length straight blonde hair and teal eyes she looks almost like a doll. The lovely little lady usually wears dresses with dress shoes or knee-high boots that match. Typically she wears her hair down with a headband. You will usually never see her with her gunmetal and teal choker around her neck. It was her mother’s before she passed away.
Personality: Nanami is a shy and quiet young woman, taking a little while to warm up to people she doesn’t know. Other than that she is an extremely kind and caring person. She will help out someone in need in a heartbeat whether she knew them or not. It is her innocent and selfless nature that causes her issues. They lead her to be naïve, childish and too honest for her own good. Sometimes she needs someone to tell her to stop putting others first and take care of herself.
Kokuro Ai Takahashi

Powers/skills(for humans): Kokuro is able to appear human with the help of the icy blue snowflake that is on the lower right side of her back. Since she is a Yuki-onna she is immune to the cold. Her core temperature is cooler than humans so sometimes when other touch her her skin feels cool. Kokuro is able to create and manipulate water in the form of ice and snow. When weather conditions are right it can appear that she is controlling the weather, creating a snowstorm or blizzard. When in her true form she has an ethereal beauty that can both cause wonderment and fear.
Appearance: Kokuro looks like a normal human, but she has a secret. She is really a Yuki-onna, not that one would believe it when looking at her in her human for since Yuki-onna are known for their pale white skin and pitch black hair. Plus most humans believe her kind to be nothing more than a Japanese Myth. In her human form Kokuro has lavender hair with plum colored eyes. Her hair is straight and extremely long, almost touching the ground. She has a slender figure with a few curves. She is also on the tall side, standing at 5’ 9”. When she is in her true form she has the typical pale white skin, raven hair with a streak of silvery white and icy blue eyes. Kokuro does have a small icy blue snowflake on her lower right side of her back, it acts as a seal to help her conceal her true form. For the most part Kokuro wears fashionable clothes or avant-garde outfits depending on her mood. She also wears glasses even though she doesn't need them.
Personality: Ice queen might be what comes to mind when people first meet Kokuro. She tends to come off as cold and insensitive or stuck up when first meeting someone. The truth is she isn’t very good at being social which is kind of surprising since she loves to be on stage and performing. But, yes her social skills suck. She has a tendency to be too blunt or seem detached from the world around her. Even so it is also these things and the fact that she always seems to be thinking outside of the box that make her lovable to anyone who cares enough to try to get to know her. Kokuro is high energy and has her own way of showing she cares. If one takes the time to get to know her they will find out just what a true gem this Yuki-onna is.

Her skin tone is average, her body curvy and average height, about 5’5” Personality: She comes off as mean. People irritate her, especially since she can feel what they do. Rather than make her trust people and emotions, it’s made her cynical and jaded. She gets to know first hand when the most adorable couple is harboring lies and hate. Love is the one thing she dislikes the most. She would laugh if someone confessed to her because love is a lie. True love like in the movies does not exist. Otherwise, she’s an average student who keeps to herself and despite efforts, still ends up with friends because she’s not evil and caves eventually if someone is friendly toward her.

Species: dryad Powers/skills(for humans): She is interested in and skilled at spoken language, having heard them as she grew up, before she took her human form. There is some innate knowledge shared between her people, like roots. The tree she is born from resides quite some distance away and she can return to it in an emergency instantly, disappearing into a flurry of leaves. Her tree is not her other from, but rather it’s like she’s an invisible spirit that can reside within it. She can disappear like that, but she can’t stay as a spirit away from nature for long. She is able to aid plants, strengthening and healing them with words. Nothing so extreme as to cause a plant to go beyond what it could naturally be. You could look at it as an intense green thumb. Any garden she looks after would be lush and as healthy as possible, wilted plants perking up quickly. She gets along with animals as well. Appearance: She’s slender and about 5’8” in height. Her body is at the peak of health. Her skin is quite tanned and her golden-brown hair falls in faint curls and waves to her mid back. She will never tie it back fully, but would tuck back parts of it or make small braids. Barrettes or pins would be used for this, most of the time hidden, but sometimes delicate and pretty things with butterflies or leaf shapes might be seen. Her eyes are hazel. Clothing is feminine and well fitting, sticking to earth tones and any sort of earth design. Billowing sleeves suit her as well as long skirts or tight pants, even short shorts. Her shoes are often sandals or some sort. Personality: She can seem a little haughty at first, but she’s just wise and knows it. She’s always kind and gentle, but she gets along with nature better than people. She understands it and has yet to figure humans out. They confuse her and because of this, she seems cold toward them, not wanting to get too close and reveal anything. She’d rather observe. She’s quite smart, but not a show off, or at least, not on purpose. She would state such a thing as a fact. Her strong mind and inner core makes her appear stronger than she actually is. In a fight she might have skill, but she would never engage in such a thing.

Appearance: He’s around 5’10” and a bit lean with pale skin, green eyes, and golden-straw colored hair that reaches just above his shoulders in a couple different layers, not completely straight. He has one clear stone stud in his upper left ear. Dress style is fashionable and posh, preppy at times, but also unique. It’s not just store bought outfits because he has a good sense of style and layering. Only jewelry he will wear is leather bracelets. Personality: He’s your standard party boy bully. Likes to screw with people, hates authority, and has a strong camaraderie with people like him. He goes out to have fun often, but strangely enough, is smart and serious when alone. He won’t show this face to his friends, but he is very serious about making movies. He may joke about big action flicks and horror, the sort of things that they would like, but he has an artistic vision. In short, he’s a complete different person whether he’s around those that know him or not. If he’s not worried about being seen, he might actually be nice to the people he would normally make fun of.

However, there are moments he completely loses it—rare moments—when his voice changes to a deep pitch and he grows rows of razor sharp teeth and claws. He becomes violent and irrational, the words he speaks seeming to come from an entirely other individual. It’s happened only twice so far when he was angry and he does not remember them. Appearance: The true form he was born with had horns. These were cut off and have not grown back. He’s 5’5” and very thin, a mix of elegant and bony. Has a youthful appearance. Albino, he’s pale with white hair which is a wild mix of layers. All of the under layer is mid back in length and the rest much shorter. The longer parts are tied in a side ponytail, but sometimes he misses bits. Bangs don’t come past his eyebrows. His eyes are lavender. Clothes are too big for him and mismatched in both style, color, and size. He looks like a five year old who dressed himself sometimes. Pastels, white, red, and black make up the majority of his wardrobe. He has red tattoos of butterflies on the outside of his left thigh and smaller groupings on the back of both shoulders. Nails are naturally long. Personality: He comes off as cute, if a little strange. He seems spacey, happy, and sometimes clever into he perceptive way of a child. He’s curious, but not very smart. He struggles with school and his curiosity wars with his common sense. He doesn’t understand the consequences of really obvious things, though complicated philosophical puzzles sometimes make more sense to him. He struggles with human rules, often forgetting the details. He can also be quite coy and clingy, most especially with men, though he greatly enjoys talking to girls and talking in general. Personality: Amanda is a friendly first-year student who is super smart for her age, having skipped a few grades when she was younger. She has a gentle and sensitive soul. She is charismatic, smiles and laughs a lot, and makes friends easily, but also has an introverted side to her.

Cassius has the unique ability of healing as well. Healing smaller things does not really affect him, since he has been training to use his power. The larger the healing however, will cause cuts to appear upon his body. Typically appearing first upon his arms. Other than this, he has an odd ability to sense the energies around him. Sort of like a sixth sense mixed with empathy. He is able to read people, telling if their intentions are good or bad, as well as if their lying to him. He also can use this to sense when danger is coming. It at times can be an odd ability to get used to for him, but he is learning to work with it.

♦ Personality: Cassius is calm and level headed. He is kind and caring to a fault, usually the one people come to for comfort and hugs. He's often referred to as a big tedy bear by some. He has a good sense of humor, often one that you either love or you hate. He loves to have a good time and play around, often times teasing and joking with others. However, he has been accused of being one who can not take things seriously at times. When it comes to his work however, he is very serious. He will never mess around when someone's life is in the balance, or they are hurt.
It's like a switch goed off in his head, turning him into a fatherly like figure. He will make them follow the needed orders to get better best he can. He is hard working when it comes to his work, passionate about it as well. He holds other's lives and well being close to his heart. He is one to sacrifice his own needs in order to assist others in situations where they could be hurt or are hurt. He would rather see them taken care of first. He is not one quick to anger, it usually takes a lot to get him fired up. When he is however, he is the type to get in your face. He does not mind confrontation, little scares him, when it is the right thing to do. He is the 'tell it like it is' type in that aspect.
Though he does take other's feeling's into consideration in most everyday situations. He tries to be empathetic, though at times it can completely go over his head. He has a good heart, and is very easygoing outside of work and such. He enjoys relaxing and just taking things slow. He sees no point in rushing or forcing things, often told he's lazy in that aspect. His favorite two things to do happen to be active things, he is a lover of running and of swimming. He can often be found doing one or the other each day, it is his stress relief. When something is bugging him, he will seek out one of these to comfort him. Another odd habit, is his love of cooking. He finds it fun and his mission to think up new and healthy recipes for himself and others.
He hates fighting, a pacifist in this regard, though tying back into the rare times he gets upset enough to get mad, he will get physical as a last resort to protect another. Other than that, even if he is abused, he will typically either try to talk it out, or brush it off. He comes off at times as an air head, not all there, though he is a very smart man. He sees the details in things, and is often one or two steps ahead of people. His mind internally always moving and desiring to learn, discover and see what is making things tick. He can be a walking contradiction at times, often surprising others and himself by his shifting personality. He prides himself in being always evolving and growing.

Appearance┊Alecross stands at six foot two inches tall. His hair is raven black, his eyes a smokey blue. He is lean,with lightly tanned skin. He has an well developed form for his age, a hint of an active and strict lifestyle. His muscles apparent, though do not overpower his appearance at all.
Personality┊ Alecross at first glance, has a natural air about him that seems to put people off. He comes off as cold and unapproachable. It feels almost instantly like there is something below the surface with him. He is smart and intellectual, often one to want all the details and information before he makes a move. He's cunning and calculating, he likes to take his time in life, seeing those who rush as foolish or going to get themselves in trouble. This is not to say that he does not at times himself become impatient and reckless. It depends on who is involved.
He is quiet, keeping more to himself. He enjoys his space and privacy, meaning he does not like being met with prying eyes or pushed. When faced with such things, he often finds himself pushing back. He has a quick mouth, often not holding back in his words. Blunt and honest to a fault, he sees no point in playing games. This only adds to his cold exterior, making others see him as simply oblivious or uncaring of other's feelings. This is true to a point. He often speaks before he takes into consideration the emotional aspect to his words. Part of him sees emotions as a hindrance, that they cloud judgement and reason.
Internally however, he is an emotional puzzle. Below the exterior, he is actually a very caring and kind individual. He is loyal to a fault, putting his life on the line without a second thought for those that he cares about. He has little trouble compromising himself in order for those he cares for to be happy or safe. At the same time, he is a good listener, one to be there when needed. He does try his best with advice, but often does not think he's really qualified or good enough to. He is hidden self conscious, hating to be the center of attention, with eyes on him. He prefers to remain in the shadows, ignored and unseen, where he feels safe.
Because of his past, Alecross has an odd love of pain. This leads him to often be defined as a masochist. He craves it in certain situations. Whenever he becomes emotionally vulnerable or unstable, he will often begin pushing or seeking out a fight. He finds pain to be one of the few ways he truly feels alive, a release of everything he is unable to put into words.He is horrible when it comes to simply vocalizing how he feels. This often leads to him getting more frustrated and angry. This side of him is one of the parts of him that leads him to get reckless and act without thinking.He will purposefully put himself in situations he knows will lead to horrible outcomes. Logic and reason go out the window.
He is often unreasonable and incredibly stubborn in this time, until he cools off. Typically when things fall apart within the situation and he hits a wall or rock bottom he can not over come. Despite this side of him, he is very resilient and durable. He cares little about what others personally think about him. He can handle a lot, physically and emotionally, though certain things are a vulnerable issue with him just like anyone. He does have his sense of humor, often times the oddest things will make him laugh. He is confident in most of his being, though when a vulnerable button is hit, he often will pull back into his walls. He finds it hard to put himself out there, but once he does, he gets very protective and attached.
Alecross has a dark side, he thinks is tied to his past and the pain indulged side of him. He tells no one, but it is the part of him he fears the most. He fears the anger and darkness beneath him. Each day he feels it within him, fearing that it will one day grow enough to engulf him, becoming all he is. He fears of falling completely into the darkness and drowning, unable to find himself back or to find the light. There wasn't anywhere to put orientation specifically (I guess I could've put that in the personality?? whoops ahaha) but basically all of my characters are bi ahahaha (as a smol gay I enjoy writing other smol gays) this is gonna be so exciting!!!
Also I was curious about the faculty of the school: are any of the teachers paranormal? Or the president of the college maybe? Or is the integration initiative hidden from the entirety of the school's staff?
I knew I forgot something!! I actually had another thing I wanted to add in too. I'm gonna fix the profile and you can just tell me that stuff.
There has to be at least some magical teachers and the school will have two principles, one human, one magic. I'm pretty sure in only that case do they know each others true purpose.
of course not. I'm just lazy. I've never been a stickler for profiles so I don't even know why I use a skeleton. People should really just do what they need to for their character. >.>
Almost done with my third profile now. Everyone's characters are so interesting. I think me and BBR are on the same wavelength though. I see similarities with my characters.
I can't wait as well. I am almost done with my profiles so I can get around to starting it soon. We can wait for the rest of the profiles while I'm doing that. There were a few others who expressed interest.

I agree, Sporcle! I love seeing all the different majors. A vampire studying Human Nutrition! I wonder if she's learning more about the blood she drinks ;) And an superhero as a photography major (clearly a Peter Parker wannabe). And I had to make my dragon boy study chemistry because where else are you going to get explosions?! And an ice queen studying theater! Is she trying to discover herself or simply hide behind the masks of the people she acts as? And Sam is totes studying philosophy so he can understand the reason why he screams during those horror movies :P
well, my witch is doing chem for the sake of potions and my dryad is doing history, also has a thing for folklore.
actually, your witch reminds me of a sylph or some sort of elemental creature.
