I don't know, not that I didn't like the commons this time but they just didn't catch my eye this time. I know the artists worked hard on them though, so I give them congrats for that.

Silenia-sama- Egads. I didn't get to spend the whole 5 event currency I earned during the entire duration of the event. Oh well. I meant to pick up an event common for the charity, at least. I was in the hospital from the 22nd through the 25 and have been dealing with a little slice of torture in terms of sleep. It has made me manic and unhealthy when I awake from oversleeping, and then the following night I don't sleep at all... severe whiplash and I received inconsistent results from my medication... twice the amount in the past I was awake all evening and then one night I took half the amount once and it kept me for fourteen hours when I the had withdrawls while stuck in REM sleep so it turned to torture and physical pain while I was asleep and I awoke by throwing myself headfirst into my nightstand, glass crashing, my 'disabled; back landing on many items and I couldn't move immediately... my roomate had thought my bookshelf collapsed the noise was so grand. I couldn't drink for some time, hours before I could take pills... many many hours before I could sleep and I was a cross between The Eleventh Doctor and an Italian always making hand motions, tapping to everything, banging my head on the wall, or running my mouth in a stream of consciousness way. Oddly enough doing something like slpashing cold water on my face as a grounding attempt brought on a vomiting reflex but I had nothing to lose. I just glared at myself in the mirror from under angry eyebrows for a few seconds before I was 'lost' again. I've also been making typographical errors and letting explitives (but thankfully not ad-hominem, just at situations) slip. Both of those things are highly unlike 'myself'. I am ashamed that I have not been 'myself'. Thankfully a couple of kind souls have helped me not feel completely left out from the event. The one EI rare I favoured the most was gifted to me and Phobos and Deimos alike. Also the wishing tree facilitated a kind menewshan taking pity on me and gifting me a CI for Christmas. Perhaps in a year's time if I am in a better frame of mind I can make somebody else's wish come true on the tree. I detest being this 'off kilter', because it means that by not being myself in a way I am vulnerable, and that is an extremly disconcerting thought to entertain.

Chika- It appears as if you are well dressed, now. Congratulations. I doubt you would be intersted in the starter clothes but in the holiday spirit I'm sure Phobos and Deimos would not object to you still receiving a gift on behalf of the charity from our 'pile of shinies'.

I am sad to hear you've been going through so much pain and difficulty. =( If you need any EIs or event commons, whether for your charity or your own use, just let me know, okay? Especially EIs, I have several spare sets of those.

I can understand hating being off-kilter and "not yourself" very well - it's like I've lived the past 13 months in a haze, like I have been living fully on automatic pilot, as to say. I have difficulty recalling a lot of specifics from those months, with exception of the times I actually managed to enjoy, and in my memories, one day flows to another, one month into the next. My sense of time is completely off, my sleeping schedule a terrible mess. At least I'm back here now. It's as though Menewsha gives me some... grounding, almost.

I wish and hope life will get better for you, and get better SOON.
