A large island in the middle of the ocean, guarded by a Universal Protection Agency. A mansion, courtyard, dorm buildings, and the woods on the island is for the children to roam as they want with rules, to keep from killing eachother and keeping everythign intact. All races from anypart of the Universe coems there to be taken care of.
Rules:
