You are Beautiful is the ultimate crazily hilarious live-action romantic comedy with a great soundtrack to top it off, good choice!

I've also seen: Heartstrings, To The Beautiful You, Boys Over Flowers, Playful Kiss, Flower Boy Ramyun Shop...Now I can't remember.
