update:

- shops index's layout can now be switched between grid and list views. atm the view you choose cant be saved, so everytime you go into shops it'll default back to grid view. saving view settings is something i'll be adding later on

Neat! The switching feature is very smooth and the icons are great. Very intuitive.

One small nitpick with it, though...

Grid view is selected, but the grid button is bright, while the list button is grayed out and dark. This seems backwards? I don't know if it was just a matter of getting the code flipped around or if it was intentional. But I think generally with things like this, the option you have selected is darker, either to represent a button that has been depressed or to signify that you can't click it because it's already selected.

Tiny nit-picky detail, I know. Sorry. Feel free to hit me. It just struck me as a little weird. Ily.

The current setup makes sense to me, the bright light for the currently active layout, like an on/off button. Although I do see what you mean. Anyone else has any preferences?

Well, given Menewsha's theme style, you could color coordinate them perhaps. Like the active one is yellow and the inactive one is blue.

we're reverting the shops layout to list view as per request by a lot of members, check out the dev style to preview the upcoming changes (plus a little something to help make it easier to find your fave shop)

So this is what the list option looked like? I love it! (Never let me actually use it before)

kind of, it used to be just one long boring list, but was much more easier to navigate than the grid one; later on, we can hopefully add a few things to make it prettier, but it should work great like this

ah yeah this thread wasn't meant to introduce new users to the dev style, but yeah i'll change it up later so its not gonna cause confusion to peeps who've not seen the thread before

Alright. Mene devious style!

So theres this thing in the shops.... its been happening forever now.... if you resize your page, the shopkeeper image gets huge and covers all the items... this needs to be fixed asap plz! Its why I hardly ever buy anything.

The image on the side doesn't even show for me. Had this been fixed?

The store pages. Someone mentioned that the shop keeper on the left was covering the items before. They nolonger show for me.
