It was a cold morning...colder than it has been for a few months..
James went out back to grab some fire wood for his fireplace inside...he placed the wood in the pit and lit it up "ahh much better" The vampire said. He then went, for his morning walk along the river..he liked the smell of the forest, it was peaceful..quite..
He needed no one to be happy..even if the days get long and lonley...
he stopped to stare at a small waterfall, where he spotted two little fairies..playing in the water...there such beautiful creatures...

Amaya sighed. Her "wedding", if you would call it that, was only a week away, and she would be married to the worst possible person on Earth. His name was Sanyu, and although his name meant "happiness" he brought Amaya nothing but sadness, as he belittled all of her friends and kept demanding that she cease contact with the "rejects". Amaya tried to point out that she was a neko as well, but Sanyu would only laugh, and say that she was better than any of the nekos in the whole village. Sure, he loved her, but she could never forgive the way he treated her friends...... Amaya decided if that he couldn't accept her friends, then he did not truly love her. She sighed as she watched the fish in the waterfall, her ears taking in every sound, and her hypersensitive nose smelling every scent that could be taken in.
