I've never had deer meat, either! It looks like it'd be wiry and chewy. :c

I am not sure, since I don't think I ever seen a deer in real life before... only through pictures and TV.

I've had venison before. My family hunts so we usually got at least one deer a year and would use the meat. It tastes basically like beef but with a slightly different flavor. Probably a bit more tough but deer are strong, they don't just chill out in the pasture like cows.

Mmm...venison is good. I've got an uncle who hunts and he usually gives us some of the results .

I hope you see a deer someday, Xuv! They're such calm, lovely creatures (for the most part.) I'm a vegetarian, but I wasn't always one. Still, there's a lot of meats I never had.

They're also a hazard to cars . If you hit one, it tends to leave a large dent.

The damage could have been a lot worse. I was going slow because of the weather (figgy and dark) so I missed the first deer and kathumped the second. She didn't roll onto the hood or windshield and no engine damage. Just ugly car with crinkly front. It was really scary though. Oh and the deer didn't make it, she was alive when I checked but by the time the Sargent for on scene she had passed.

I'm in the new apartment note, just boxes and bags around the place. Somewhere is the desktop... If I get a day off from work I might be able to find it and set it up.

I just now noticed that ~LONGCAT~ has a long dog....

RIP deer :( I remember when we once *almost* hit one. Luckily, our driver saw just in time and stopped the car! The deer just stood maybe a foot away from the front of the car and froze there for a few seconds before darting off

We've hit a deer. We were driving home one night and it nearly scared the salad right out of my lap @_@. We weren't going all that fast and the next time we saw it it was getting the eff out of there. And had left a big dent on the passenger side door.

I have an actual Longcat at home. She's the mini-long. And she's currently hiding under the couch and growling at the fireworks. Silly kitty.

Is derp a breed? Because she's a total derp. We found her outside of taco bell, she's all white with different eyes.

We've had her over a year now, she's my princess. We would spoil her but she refuses the normal kitty spoils. Doesn't like wet food or treats or most kitty toys.

Bigs, I think everyone loves her. She's a scardy cat though. Afraid if anyone that isn't me or the guy.

She likes chicken flavored dry food, and foam balls, and stuffed animals.
