Hey, I'm Drakina, and relatively new to pixeling something this small. I've dona a few larger pieces, but nothing as complex as Mene's own items.

I really don't know what else to say, but any help would be greatly appreciated. And, who knows, maybe I'll actually finish some of these!

I think the adventure set would be of great match with the Dark Alchemist CI.

Keep in mind I'm not a pixelist, but from an AA's point of view (someone who has spent dozens of hours before an event recoloring things) I can tell you that pixeling things in black, white, or "special" palettes isn't the best of ideas because they make recoloring very difficult.

The adventure set is nice - but the shirt and pants and shoes are in black and a "special" palette. Maybe you could post them in another color? (Perhaps one of the browns? Like Caramel, Latte, Leo, Chocolate, Oak or Tribal? Or, not from the basics, Steam Brown. I think the other browns we use are mostly variations on the basic palettes.)

It also might help you see problems in your own pixeling when you've recolored them in another palette and realized that the color looks weird/different in it.

When I look at your work, I see exciting ideas for nice items, but I can't offer any suggestions because I can't see the pixeling well enough to figure out what feedback to offer. (I think the Moonlight palette you use for the long-sleeved shirt isn't as difficult to recolor with as some other special palettes, like Plum, but when I recolor items in that color, I have to fiddle around a lot to make sure it looks like the correct palette and looks nice overall. And the Sapphire palette for the tunic is definitely a palette I would use for the item... and while I wouldn't call it a "special" palette at all, it's still dark enough I have problems viewing the piece in some areas.)

I know this is a long ramble and doesn't feel as helpful to you as I mean it to be, but I hope that it helps even a little. ^^

They were originally in green and browns, and I recolored to see how they'd look. I can recolor them again, in all browns.

I like the adventure set and I'm a sucker for anything moonlight colours. Pretty.

I rather like the tunic. Not so much the other bits, but only because they aren't quite my style. Looks very nice though. And i hope you get back to it soon. :]

Thank you, Shadami. I like it as well, and tried to make it the main piece. I'm going to go ahead and take your comment as it worked.

...yeah pretty much -had to go look over them again thinking along those lines- if you think of it as the main piece and the others just accents, it does go rather nicely.

I'm more of a jeans girls that look nice, but still have wrinkles. Than any of the tight jeans/pants or LOOSE sweat pants girl. :D haha, so the pants just didn't work for me in that sense.

Hi Drakina - just wanted to say I'm looking forward to being able to use the adventure set & your dress too. :) I think the items you've designed are wonderful ideas for the Newbie shop, as they're both versatile and basic. They'll help fill out that shop a lot.

Shadami: Ah, well, I like more form fitting clothing. I'm half thinking of making a slightly looser pair of pants as well, but I'm not entirely sure on it.

BellyButton: If you have any ideas on how to fix these up for the shop, please let me know. I'm also really interested in seeing people wear them, but I haven't worked on them because I just don't know what to do to make them better!

maybe something that maks the boots shiny at the tips.

and personally. I'm not sure what the three black lines on the shirt sleeve are. They seem out of place to me.

They're lacing, or supposed to be. Old-timey shirts used to lace at the collar and sleeves, and I'm attempting to replicate that.

There's also a little cross lacing on the pants as well, it's just a bit harder to see because it's so dark.

I'm not sure what suggestions to make either, they look pretty good to my untrained eye. :) Maybe when jelly gets back she'll be able to point you in the right direction.

I'm hoping so, no one else I've asked seems to be able to help me!
