"Yeah right none of them are ever sorry." Baby muttered her arms still crossed as she just stared off. She stayed like that for a few minutes before the doctor came out and started to talk softly and kindly to her. Finally she muttered something that sounded like 'fine tell him to come back tomorrow.' At this the doctor went out of the room quickly and stopped Diablo before he left. "She wants to talk to the owner before anything though she told me to tell you to come back tomorrow she'll talk to you then... she just needs to calm down a bit for now though." he said hoping that the male wouldn't really mind coming back the next day

He looked at him and nodded. "Of course." he said and he left to go home. He laid down on his bed and couldn't stop thinking about her. He was driven crazy by it, he shoved the thoughts and the feeling down and masked it. He made dinner and after he ate and put his winnings into his safe that was now half full of winnings he went to bed.

Baby grumbled as she finally got up and walked around on some crutches. The bullet had hit ha nerve in her leg and that prevented her for walking on it for a few days. She went to talk to the owner of the caseno. "Hey Elno." Baby said softly and the black haired male looked up from the liquor cabnent and smiled easily at the girl. He then look at her leg and frown. "Who's the dead man that did this?!" he demanded and Baby just shook her head. "Inferno was in a game of Rusian Rulete... he lost. He had ran out of money and bet me instead. I wouldn't have it so I went and told I wanted a face off... I missed but he shot m in the leg." she frowned a bit and the male stood up and wrapped his arms around her softly and gave her a small kiss on the lips. She smiled at him some wrapping her arms around him hugging him happily. "What should I do?" she whispered softly laying her head on his chest and closing her eyes some. "Do you want to stay true to his word? Or do you want to just leave it alone and forget that it ever happened? You know I'll aways be behind ya Baby-Dall." he said softly and she thought some. "I guess.... I guess I could give him a chance if you think he's okay." she said softly and Elno nodded some.

In the morning Diablo awoke and had work until 3 today. He had two hours to get ready. He showered and got dressed. Then after work he stopped by the casino and waited for the girl he heard was Baby. He went over to the bar in the casino and got himself a drink. He looked around for her, and thanked the girl who handed him his drink. He only had one or two usaully and this was the only one he'd get tonight. He continued looking for her. He didn't know why he wanted to see Baby so badly.

(um... could you add more please? like him going somewhere in the casino or something? Ow and don't forget to say his name at least every other post XP you know that's my pet peeve XP )

Baby had fallen asleep in Elno's room that night and actually slept quite well having been quite tired. The next morning she was able to walk okay without the crutches and stayed close to Elno. At the moment Baby was sitting at the far end of the bar literally sitting on the bar on the inside. She was talking on and off with Elno and laughing some not even noticing that Diablo was there yet.

He then noticed Baby on the bar and smiled, though he didn't know why seeing her effected him this way. He would wait until she noticed him, he didn't want to disrupt her.

Baby spoke for a bit longer with Elno before he said something to her that made her look around then spotted Diablo at the other end of the bar and sighed a bit. "You know you don't have to if you don't want to.. I will make sure that he won't bug you about it." Elno whispered to her and she shook her head with a sigh. "No... when I make a deal I make a deal and fallow through on it" she told him softly and he nodded a bit. "If there's any problems though you know I'll tell you." she told him quietly as she swung her feet over the counter and got down on the other side to walk down to Diablo. He leg was still bandaged though she didn't need the crutches so that was good. "I'll tell you what I've told everyone else, when I make a deal I make a deal... I won't break that now." she said softly and you could tell she really meant it as she sat down next to him and watched Elno as he walked down and switched off spots with the girl that had been there before.

Diablo looked over to her and felt something strange. "I was thinking you might be like that, I can promise you that i will show you that I am a trustable man." he said. "I know you probably hear that a lot but I really mean it." he said.

"I've heard both of those before... really the only reason I'm even willing to give this a shot is because lover boy over here said that he trusted you." Baby said pointing her hand back to where Elno was standing close by watching them to make sure everything was okay... he was very protective of Baby and he was actually the one to give her that nickname.

"Well, I am serious about them." he said. "No matter the reason, I won't make you regret it." he said. he looked at her. "Shall I get you a drink?" he asked her.

Baby thought some looking at Elno a bit then looked at Diablo and smiled some nodding a bit. I twas hard for her at first and she still didn't trust him but if he didn't take advantage of her right away then she would be fine and trust him. Of course she needed sexual contact to live though she could go without for at least a month though it started to really bother her after a week.

"I won't take advantage of you, but if you feel you have to feel free. I really just want the company, though feel free to take your time getting to trust me frist, i want make sure that you get to know me first before I even think to ask you to." he said.

Baby smiled some and nodded before looking up when Elno brought them their drinks and she turned to the bar. She took her drink and started to sip on it then looked tot he side to see another succubus sitting next to her. She turned to her and they started talking. The girl was sobbing about something and, despite her appearance, Baby was talking softly and kindly to her hoping to calm her a bit. "Hey, Diablo." Elno said as he stood across the counter from the male pouring a glace of red wine for himself then fixed another drink for a girl that had came up to the bar.

He smiled at her then heard the guy. "Hey." he said to the guy that had spoken to him. He took his drink and sipped at it, though he told himself that he wouldn't do more than one but he figured he should show appreciation and drink it.

"I'm gonna give ya a small warning right now, if you hurt her at all and I find out about it your dead... that's not a threat that's a promise. I've taken care of her for the last few years and I never want to see her so hurt ever again. I know you have a better rep then most of the guys though still." Elno said and you could tell that he was very VERY protective of Baby... he never wanted her to ever be hurt and he would hurt anyone that even tried to mess with her in a way she didn't like.

"You don't have to worry about that sir." he said not quite knowing his name. "I'll take good care of her, you can rest assured on that one. I promise you this, as long as she is with me in the way she is she won't be hurt by me and if anyone does hurt her I will make sure that you know, and do what I can to stop them until you get there." he said in a serious voice.

Elno smirked some at what Diablo said and seemed pleased at his response. "Good that's what I like to hear." he chuckled a bit with a slight smile as Baby then turned back to them and smiled some as she saw Elno. She didn't really seem to be like most of her kind since she didn't really seem to flirt and instead of being seductive she was either kind or cruel and mean. Though no matter what she was it seemed guys still stared at her... though none had the guts to actually come up to her and talk to her... they had seen what she could do and also what Elno could and would do if she got upsetted at all.

He felt this weird feeling again. He was happy that he wouldn't be alone. He looked around the casino and thought of something to say, the silence was making him feel off. He wanted to talk to her and get to know her as well as for her to get to know him.

Baby looked at Diablo then around to see what was going on today and felt kinda awkward with him not saying anything to her. "So... what do you do for a living anyway?" she asked just to make a random conversation. she never liked quiet... quiet bothered her... ALOT.

He smiled, happy for the conversation. "I am a co-executive of the busniess that has boomed for years, The company makes the new cars, and parts, and is a very good place to be for work, pays well." he said. "If you don't mind me asking, and if you don't mind saying, how did you come to be in the care of this man?" he asked. "I think I've heard it's Elno."

Baby thought some about what Diablo said his job was and she was actually quite surprised. "Wow... that kinda sounds cool." she said quietly then frowned deeply when he asked how she ended up here. "Well... um..." she paused looking around then sighing a bit. "I was like allot of the girls you see here, I was a prized succubus at a different bar about ten years ago. I was only 11 though I looked like a teen and thanks to my mother I seemingly more special then the others... I'm not sure exactly why though." She said then paused again having to think some. "One night some guy came in and had the nerve to ask for a bet on a succubus... me. I was the youngest there so it was a real big deal. No one thought he could win it though he did. He took me somewhere... I guess his home but I'm not exactly sure... he had me blindfolded on the way there. After that I spent the better half of 7 years in a basement... I was lucky to eat every day and even more lucky if he didn't find a reason to beat me. I managed to get out though one day when he was drunk and I ran for almost a whole day until I passed out right in front of this casino... that's when Elno took me in. He gave me the nick name Baby so that's what everyone calls me." she explained her voice slightly dead and she was just staring down at the counter. She tapped it some with on finger and almost instantly Elno came up and poured her another glass. "Don't worry, my drinks are always free." she told Diablo softly as she sipped on the wine careful not to get drunk... she didn't really feel like it right now.

he listened to her. "That's why your the way you are. You were mistreated and you grew to not trust anyone but those you knew wouldn't do that to you?" he asked. "Like I promised Elno, I won't hurt you, and I'll make sure no harm comes to you." he promised her as well.

"Yeah... I guess so though after that I've never really trusted anyone myself at first... other then Elno. People would start talking to me and I wouldn't trust them until Elno said they were okay to trust... so Elno's pretty much been my body-guard for the last three years." Baby smirked some then thought a bit and smiled. She liked that he said that he would protect her... she liked the idea since that's how Elno was and that's why she trusted him so much.
