"if I'm a new person..." he said slowly, "I wonder If I'll have the same memories. I like who i am now, and I like being able to do what I do... If I were to lose that... I'd lose everything I'm good at."

Akana smiled looking at him, "That will just make you more special…you could be good at new things…" She said softly bluntly a bit then looked away.

Alex sneered, then rolled over to face the wall. Fighting was all he knew, and if he were being honest, he'd say he loved it.

Akana shrunk back as she saw him sneer. She looked down and folded her hands in her lap. She felt like crying. She bit her lip turning away forcing herself to keep the tears away.

he curled up into a ball, and fell asleep. He worried that he might've hurt Akana, but he was to tired to really care much.

Akana sighed staying up. She found herself unable to sleep.

Falling asleep, Alex had a night mare where, he was separated from Akana by a wall, and he could get through that wall, but only with his weapons. He tried to summon something, but couldn't the he realized that it wasn't even his own body. He began to pound at the wall, but not with anywhere NEAR as much strength as he should have had. He continued to pound and pound, until his hands were raw and bloody.

Akana screamed as she tried to wake Alex. He was thrashing and twisting throwing punches on his own body and on Akana. Already several bruises were forming on her arms and face, but she hardly noticed she was more focused on waking Alex up.
