I think she was an amazing songwriter with an awesome voice and backup band. There's no way around it she came to a bad end, but she left us some good stuff. Not the first amazing musician to die an early death and sadly won't be the last.
I never liked many of her songs when they first came out, but i've mellowed to them in recent years. Most likely because they aren't overplayed anymore. I appreciate her talent, but i wouldn't go as far as saying i'm a fan.
I really do love her songs, Rehab + Back to Black are probably my favourites. ^^
I also got her CD's on vinyl cause well... vinyl is awesome. Hahaha. :)
