Some sites have two spots to add dragons, like draghatch. there is a place for dragons that are older and ones that are under four hours. :)
I always just let my eggs/hatchies go to the four hours pop them in and cycle. XD

Its nothing in special reference to dragons, I am just talking about my own personal cycle.
Get eggs....wait till they get emergency status...pop into ER, eggs pop....hatchies get emergency status...add to ER...growth
all the while getting eggs...they all cycle like that. XD
