I drew the picture, then I scanned it in. Then I put the picture into illustrator and vectored the image. Then I moved it into photoshop and did the backgrounds.

My suggestions are softening the face a little. I don't mean with the blur tool; I mean make the face lines more curvy. =D Hope it helps!

Personally, I like them. The second one best actually. And only suggestion I have is defining the colours a bit more in the dress, the sleeves and the actually dress part seems to mesh weirdly...

I haven't used vectors like that. It's nice, I like the second one best.

i agree with anamei. you could make things..smoother? but still very pretty.

They're nice! I especially like the second one, that background fits the character the best =3
