haha, sounds like you got the best out of that camping trip then.

some animals are really difficult to draw for me, but birds are rolly-pollies with wings and I love drawing them.

longcat i find that im too much of a perfectionist to not do all the feathers??
and then when i do it looks ridiculous because who am i kidding i dont know how to draw feathers

Indeed. Best care I've ever gotten for an injury. I felt unbelievably spoiled, which is not a thing that happens to me. My parents are very much in the camp of, if it's not broken and you're not currently bleeding or dying, take some tylenol and deal with it.

Haha, almost sounds like my dad. My mom would find the good meds (ie. prescription pills) and send us on our loopy way.

You don't need to draw each feather, just the idea of a feather and even then you only need to do it infrequently. It's amazing what the human mind will fill in on its own. ;3
