Nah. I mean, we're kind of evil, but I think he's REALLY evil. Also, with evil people, if he hasn't directly proven his allegiance to us, we should probably assume he's not friendly.

Does he even know about us? Because I would think he would, being the big bad around here, but, well, we're very secret. People don't seem to know about us.

I'm not sure. You don't really want to advertise the shadowy council; might wind up with people you didn't want in--might wind up with people trying to overthrow you.
