Now if only it was that easy to get through customs. I don't know why they always think I'm trying to smuggle baby turtles in my brassiere.

I bet. Although childrens' toys have been used for that sort of thing before, so I'm not totally surprised. But still. I guess it amuses be because pokeballs are supposed to contain something. Cocaine or Pokeman, six of one, a half dozen of the other.

Wow, I missed some good conversation, but I got lost in the 2005 season was it? With the ninth doctor. Lots of fun really, I never had actually seen the episode where Captain Jack comes in. Oh and before I forget Happy Eve of Christmas Eve! If that's possible.

Anything is possible! lol
I, myself, haven't seen quite a bit of Doctor Who. It's mostly the much older shows that I haven't seen, but I also haven't seen Tennant's 10th Doctor. I would definitely try to finish off the 9th Doctor's run. So far, he's my favorite.

Doctor Who came number 2 in a Top 50 Showbiz Comeback show I saw last night. They showed clips of the Ninth Doctor so I want to re-watch those episodes even more now. XD

It's Christmas Eve Eve!

Well I'm not surprised that it came that close. The mere fact that the Doctor can regenerate and change form gives writers much grounds to keep coming up with new plots. :P I think it's genius, really.

Lolz they're pretty good epsiodes, though the difference between the ninth doctor and the tenth doctor is astounding if you look at it, though I suppose they have mentioned that a couple times. @Demo, I agree it's absolute genius, it allows the new actor to make the doctor his own with a new attitude or outlook on the world. Which is what happened between the ninth and the tenth.

Sadly the tenth doctor will always have a special place in my love of Doctor Who because he was the Doctor I was first introduced too on the show, a pretty good first impression if I do say so, though any doctor that I've seen would have been.

Yes, there is a HUGE difference between the 9th and 10th. I discussed this before with someone and it makes sense that Rose was what changed the Doctor so much since the 9th Doctor was so hardened and bitter a lot of the time. Who could blame him due to the lasting emotional effects of the Time War? Like I said, I haven't seen Tennant's performance, but his Doctor seems like he's be much more chipper and silly by comparison to Eccleston's Doctor. Smith's Doctor seems to be a lot like Tennant's.

I actually saw the 11th Doctor first, stopped watching series 5 for a while and started watching series 1, grew to love the 9th Doctor, went back to and finished series 5, and then finally went back to and finished series 1. In between all that, I managed to see SOME of the older episodes and "The Five Doctors" special, but that's about it. I have been soo all over the place with this show. xD

The number 1 comeback in that show was Take That. ¬_¬

I guess I was lucky to grow up with my parents watching classic Who so we watched the new series from the start.

That's alright, Like I said, I skip around with episodes mainly what I have on disk (ninth and one season of the tenth) and what's on TV at the time. And your right about Rose changing him because Tennant's Doctor was a lot more "chipper and silly" as you said, quite true by the way, than Eccleston's.

I only saw one episode of Eccleston.
Didn't like it. At all.
Tennant is my Doctor, the first one that I saw. LOVE Tennant's Doctor. I saw an interview with Smith, who said something to the effect that he loved Tennant's quirkiness with the Doctor and how he would like to emulate that.
In his words, about following Tennant, "Those are some really big shoes to fill, and I hope I can live up to that."
