Quick update y'all! Work is progressing nicely on this! We'll keep you up to date with what we find! Cap'n and Neph are on the job working though tons of item names starting with the newest first and working back. The rest of us mods are pitching in where we can! Some of you might even notice your trades are working already! Stay tuned for more updates!

Yes...my inventory loaded so I could sell an item in the marketplace.
(I was really just checking the system to see if it worked and it did!)
I have never initiated a trade so I didn't try that.

So...I am hoping that the blogs will be working again soon, too!

How is it looking for trades everyone? Is there anyone still having issues? Quite a few items have been gone though already and already a large percentage of you all have your trades back! If there are any further trade issues please do let us know If it isn't working, try logging out and logging back in as that might fix it.

Is there any plan to / has there been any progress made towards addressing the other issues submitted in this thread? I know there's still the issue of multi-equip functionality for some people, for instance, and likely other stuff (for me, the 'Watch Item' function in the MP doesn't work; I'm unsure if that was already the case, though, since I never made use of it since coming back from a years-long hiatus).

Thanks again for all you've done, guys, and this sorts out all the huge kinks for us! Just wondering if any of the other stuff has been looked into or will be at a lower level of priority over the next couple of months.

I am able to trade once more, but when I place an item to be sold on the marketplace, the screen prompting a list price does not clear automatically even though I can view My Shop and see that my newly listed item is, in fact, listed for sale on the marketplace.

To everyone involved in fixing the issues since Menewsha's server was changed, you have my fondest thanks for all your relentless efforts.

Yes still lots of probs with the Mp.
Just noticed when I upload an item it doesn't go to the screen to confirm that its loaded. It just keeps going like it's going to time out. but when I refresh the item its there. Also you can only see 1 item on your "watch" list at a time.

Without the server change, the following scenarios were only a matter of time:

1) The server HDD's would crash and we lose 1-6 months of posts/changes/items
2) The server hardware would crash and we would be without a site for 2 weeks up to 2 months
3) We get hacked and have to drop back to a copy from 1-2 years ago

my trades and market place is up and working again
I, like the others, seem to get an error when listing items.
I think it was a 502 gateway error, however, the item
is up and for sale. so kudo's again, Inso/BBC coders!

I'm still having issues with multi-equip on chrome, but everything else seems to be working? Haven't done much with mp yet though.

Also, can an admin/AA contact me about something? I don't want to post it publicly but I'm not sure which admin is the 'right person for the job.' I do know it probably needs to be an admin not a mod tho.

If it helps, it pertains to an account issue

Are any other Firefox users having trouble with the text format buttons(bold, italic, etc.)? Because I'm at the public library atm using Internet Exploder, and they work just fine, but when I'm at home on Firefox, they're unclickable. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem...

additional: The "new posts" page seems to work just fine in Internet Exploder, but not Firefox.

It's also a problem on google chrome. I believe it was reported earlier. May not have been updating on the front yet.

No trouble on IE. However can't click emoticons lol.

As far as I know, none of the things you can usually click to specialize your posts are working. You can type them out manually, but clicking them does nothing. I haven't tried them on IE, so I have no idea what all problems are on there. I feel most reports in here have been in Google Chrome and Firefox. Periodically some others I've never heard of before, too. lol
