Stupid people, hormones, and things just not going right can all contribute to my bad moods - also not enough sleep.
I combat them with music, friends, and gym time. It's really cathartic to go into the gym and put all that energy into a big lift instead of focusing inward and seething needlessly.
Also - a movie and crochet help me settle my mind.
