I've looked, and tried just about everything that my mind could come up with for this event and I cannot for the life of me find out how to talk to an NPC for the event items. So, I'm here to ask for some clues. Please keep in mind that you can't outright tell me though. D:

Anyone willing to help? I'm at my wit's end. I've a good idea of who the NPC is, but I could be horribly wrong.

From what I've noticed, you'll randomly come across one while posting - that's truly all I can hint at. ^-^
So post, post post~ Specfically in this forum, of course... Obviously. Haha~

Posting won't help you find the NPC, but browsing the site will. Just make sure you've gotten enough candy to get the clue first.

I know it's tricky (it took me a loooong time to find the NPC, and I knew the clue beforehand!), but you'll get it. You just need to stretch your brain a bit.

It's okay...I can't seem to find it either. :(

It's my first event on Mene, and I'm failing already...haha. I'm sure we'll both find it soon, but I'm really discouraged.

also looking for hints.

I had a very weird one, I thought it was a very simple
clue, but I was wrong...
