Well...I would just yell something random...or just scream in their face while flailing my arms at them.

-Yes, if I have a friend over and we go upstairs to play video games, I'll run up the stairs quickly, turn the corner, wait for them to get up the stairs, and jump out and scare them.

-No, I'm actually going to scare little kids with my friend instead.

-I'm going to dress up in a cosplay I got for Otakon but never got to wear.

I tend to scare my roommate without even tryig. For some reason, he is super skiddish. I can just ask how he is doing, and if he doesn't realize I am standing there, he screams.

"OOGA BOOGA!" Haha, that's funny.
I think I would say the classic, "BOO!" ><

I'm not usually that easy to scare, but there are times. :lol:
However, I can't say the same for a friend of mine...
she gets scared really easily, so everyone does it purposely,
because it's funny. xD
