Here everyone dresses up and goes trick-or-treating.
There is also a lot of parties and fun things like that so even if you dont celebrate halloween by going out for candy, you can find a cool party somewhere and celebrate that way.
Personally I go all out. I always have an awesome costume and I make sure to get TONS and TONS of candy so that I dont have to spend all my money on candy xD Also my candy stashes usually last me about a year because I am not super big on candy.
