I think the harvest moon theme is really kinda cute. I might have to dig out my GBA version of it and play now. The Easter theme here has got me in the mood!

Izumi; Yeah, much loves for Harvest Moon!! I always get frustrated with it from time to time though... But I keep trying to play it from time to time.. doesn't help I'll restart from the beginning though. >.>

Pancake; Hehe, but shotguns are useful on farms. Keeps wolves away, as well as if you have an animal of old age to put it out of its' misery. :(

Actually now that you mention putting down an animal, 'Babe' comes to mind. That movie made me cry when he wanted to put his dog down :(

Ohoh! And I used to love Harvest Moon too! I can actually watch people play rather than play it myself because I don't have enough discipline for it :P

Well also I have a used copy of More friends of Mineral town coming. I secretly wanted to try it as you get to play as a girl this time around, and imho it's the best Harvest moon (mineral town that is) to come out. I'm not for all those 3d graphics. Bah. Old school please. :XD

And I cant stand the 3D harvest moon too! O.O It got me all headachie and the system was actually much more boring than the old version... I loved having more than 3 sprites XD

Pan; Yeah, it's rather sad. My first horse I learned to ride had to be put down when I was young because he was too old and was in pain. My uncle had to put his dogs down because they decided to eat their goats rather than protect them. >.< So they went wild. Bleh..

I have not played Harvest Moo for so long that I can only remember very few things and I loved the sprites and their 'budum' sound XD That was funny!

Innocent Life sounds interesting because I never imagined a futuristic harvest moon... that would be cool...

Yeah, the farmer guy is actually a cyborg/robot with human emotions. And the farm land is in ancient ruins. XD It's really cool and at one point you get a hovercraft car to drive around in. But it's a little more boring than original Harvest moon because you have all this technology to water fields and gather the vegetables and that. xD

Can't even focus on a love life because he's a cyborg. :lol:

I always wondered about that futuristic Harvest Moon. I nearly bought it, but if you can't get married and have babies what's the point? Part of the fun is wooing the ladies!!
