Every year my wife gets me something zombie for Christmas. It has sort of become a tradition in our house.

What odd tradition do you have?

Hmm lemme think. Ooo that would have to be the box hat(s)

My sister and I have this thing where if it's big enough(or even not sometimes) it become a hat during a certain point of the night. Don't know how it started but it was long time ago when we were still babies. Some how we don't have any pictures of this odd tradition. (cell phones get put away for our get togethers)

Every Christmas we make sure to wrap all of my dad's Christmas gifts in pink! The funny thing is, there's no real reason behind it.

good idea that way there is no evidence

Cell phones should be off at all family gatherings and during dinner in my opinion.

Poor guy.
If I ever wrapped my wifey's present in pink should would break out in hives. She claims to be allergic to the color pink yet both our families still buy her pink stuff all the time its her least favorite color.

I used to have a glow-in-the-dark rubber skeleton we'd use as a tree-topper each year. But it was lost in a move and I've not found a suitable replacement yet. :) I guess the only real every-darn-year persistent tradition things 'round here are food related.

@ Miscreant74

I agree with that. It's hard with some of the younger kids, but we know they'll get it when they're older. :)

Here I thought this was a place for holiday zombies to hang out. I've been working long shifts non stop recently. Only got Christmas day off, oh and now we're sorry staffed because they fired two people.... I'm going through the motions but not getting anywhere.
Hello fellow zombies.

Hello fellow zombies.
That sounds like wifeys place of work most of them have been working 9-11 hour days all month. she said the guy who fills in for the girl beside her had over 50 hours by Thursday the other week. At least he was gonna get overtime pay. wifey works on salary so no overtime pay.
the only way wifey got time off was because of the stomach flu they are so short staffed if she had spread it the place would of been in big trouble.
they are short at least 5 people in her section, the place had 21 employees full time people in her section, one is out of work, another has been sent to a different office, they did have 9 fill ins, but 2 of them are always covering the 2 positions that are vacant at the moment. The business runs 6 days a week, but most of the regulars are only allowed to work 5 days of the week.

the people she works with that I have seen do look like zombies

Let's hope the zombies are really slow shamblers.
Not like the ones in some of the movies.
