I remember when I was the same exact way (not liking anything pink)! Then we got low on food, my mom made up what steak she could and everyone else ate the cooked, I ate the slightly rare steak without knowing it and I actually liked it. Ever since then I only like my steak rare. Hamburger meat should never be rare, that's asking to become sick
