"Well i assume you would have to, i mean i dont think i could handle being almost killed" she tips her head her pure black hair falling slightly to the side, her hair was past her waist. she then puts her hands on her hips looking like her human mother the last time she saw her before her mother was killed and she was turned.

"What were your parents like?" Hiroku asked curiously.

"Human" she said, "My mom was one of the prettiest women in our town,i dont see how i came from her, my daddy was a lawyer" she looked at him, "They were good enough, but always busy so i was always home alone. The vampire that turned me killed them" her green eyes darkened and a small shining tear appeared at the corner of her eye.

"Oh, I'm sorry I asked." Hiroku looked down.

"its alright" she dabbed the tear with her coat sleave, then she took her coat off and put it in her bag she was carrying, around her neck was a necklace that held a single diamond, it glittered in the light.

Hiroku looked up,"That's a nice necklace."

"oh thank you, my mother gave it to me when i turned 10" she grabed the diamond and started twirling it in her hand, 'i shouldnt have taken off my coat' she thought self conciously as she looked at her tank top and skirt, she was very slender her pale skin standing out from her outfit.

"Well, it looks great on you." Hiroku complimented.

"oh, uh, thank you" she smiled.

Hiroku looked at a clock mounted on the wall and saw what time it was,"We should probably be getting to our classes."

"Alright what class do you have first?" she asked on her way to get her own schedule.

"Well, I can't really tell what the class is called, but the room is 2-1." Hiroku was looking at his schedule.

Staring at her own schedule, "i have 2-2, so they must be next to each other, wanna walk together?"

"Sure."Hiroku started singing 'We're off to see the wizard...'

"the most wonderful wizard of oz!" she laughed, and she started walking with Hiroku to her class, 'hes kinda cute' she thought to herself and then she felt herself blush and she hoped he wouldnt see it.

Hiroku saw her blush, but didn't say anything, he just smiled. After a few minutes of walking they were at there classes.

"See you after class" she said hopefully, it was nice to have a friend, for once.

"You too." Hiroku walked into his class, which was already full except for one desk.

She walked into her class there were a few seats empty she sat in one furthest away from everyone. she daydreamed alittle, her she thought of her new friend and her blush came back she was glad she was in a different room then he was.

Throughout Hiroku's whole class he couldn't get Paige out of his head. He didn't even know the class ended when it did.

paige got up and stood outside Hirokus class door, her face held a tint of red.

Hiroku was the last one out of his class, he turned to go wait for Paige when he realized that she was waiting for him,"Oh, hey, I was actually just about to wait for you."

"well i beat ya to it" she laughed. she looked at her schedule, "5-2 where is that?"

"Fifth floor, second room,"Hiroku looked down at his schedule,"hey I have the same class."

"oh cool!" she smiled, she twirled and started walking to the stairs, she looked behind her to see if Hiroku was following.
