I think it would work best in DHU for something to happen in the near future, since there have been so many hints already about what Jayde might be involved in.

Another scare so soon after the last one in Runaway would be too soon, I think.

I think it would work if the scare was more like....foreshadowing. the characters wouldn't notice or decide it wasn't worth noticing but someone really was watching. Then we can not mention the trouble for a while until something big comes out of nowhere.

It's always fun learning about characters.

I could use that or someone could stop them as they're leaving the pottery place? Or we could create a really good scene if they went back to Jayde's apartment later. I have a good idea of things that could be found there but I'm not sure if I want to save that scene for later.

I could see someone stopping them as they leave, and giving some kind of hints to the life of mysterious Jayde. The apartment scene sounds too good to get into when they're just starting to get to know each other.

There are times when I don't. I had been keeping around ten but it's pretty close to 20 right now. I added a couple and a couple that were dead are now not. It's pretty easy for the number to get out of control that way.

Hahaha. It helps when I don't have all I'd them at once. I usually don't have more than 7 and I don't even try to respond to everything every day. I get kinda bored if I spend too much time with just one story anyway.
