1.) Follow the Menewsha ToS!
2.) You may buy as many gumballs as you want, you may buy gumballs for your friends. When buying for friends, be sure to include the username(s) of said friend(s).
3.) Once you are listed as the owner of a gumball it's your's, you may not pass it off to others. No one wants your nasty ABC gum. You'll make people sick! We dont want it either so no refunds. Your gum is stuck on you.
4.) Gumballs will be PMed to you. That means make sure you have your PMs on.
5.) Post your orders here! Do NOT PM them. All PMed orders will be ignored or worse!
6.) Gumballs will grow on their own as long as they remain direct linked. Once they grow save the image and use your own host. We may take down the image and you could loose your gumball pet.
7.) Do not steal someone else's gumball! It's pointless and uncool! If you were a baby you wouldn't want your candy taken from you now would you?
8.) Do not lick a gumball if you do not plan on buying it! You lick it, put it in your mouth, crack it in half, whatever, you buy it!
9.) More rules may be added as we see necessary.

Q1) Are these really B/C Pets?
A1) Yes! They are! You can breed them, to some extent (see the "breeding" post), and they change! All Gumballs bought throughout the month will change at the end of the month, doesn't matter when you bought it. After the month is over, new flavors will be put up.
Q2) I bought a *flavor name here* a couple months ago, and it's up again this month. Is there a point to buying it? Will it look the same as the first one I bought?
A2) Great question! Yes! If you want to buy it again I would strongly advise doing so! Every time a flavor cycles back, the lineart will be changed.
Q3) Can I chew my gumball? It looks so juicy! *-*
A3) Umm...I guess so? I don't think it'd affect the pet. ._.; Just seems a little cruel, but I guess they are still gum so it shouldn't hurt them, just make them more sticky and gooie. xD
Q4) What do the pets look like?
A4) It's a secret. xD You'll just have to buy one and find out. x3 Think of them like monthly collectables. =D
Q5) Why doesn't my Gumball have a thing saying I'm the owner? Also, why does *so and so* have the same pet I do?!
A5) Since the picture/evolution is the same for everyone who buys the same flavor you bought, we felt it would be more of a hassel than anything to individiually cert each Gumball sold. Thus is why you and *so and so* will have the same exact picture now and when it evolves.
Q6) What's the point of buying a gumball if they're all going to look the same at the end of the month? Can't I just copy and paste the link from someone else?
A6) First off, that would be stealing, and if we find out that you did that we can and will report you. Second, more or less what you're paying for is a spot on the owners list. The owners list keeps track of all the legitimate Gumballs that are out and have been bought, and if someone wants to "breed" their gumball, that's how we can make sure they're "breeding" what they actually have.
Q7) How do I "Direct Link"?
A7) When you get your gumball delivered, you'll first get to see your gumball, and right under the image of your gumball there will be a code box with a link in it. Direct linking just means to use the link in the code box.
