There's actually an upcoming flatsale and raffle if you look at the first page. The flatsale price will be 100 gold. :D Since this is a very tiny shop, it should be easy to snag one.

There will also be a raffle for a semi-custom, where a raffle ticket costs 10 gold. But whether you get one this way depends a lot on luck. D;
