Description: The Gyroblossom plant is a synthetically engineered shrub which blooms year round. The blossoms are gear shaped, probably due to the fact that the plant's creator is none other than the famous engineer, Thermoplatt. The plant's foliage is usually some shade of brown, with the color of the blossoms growing in different shades of brown, red, orange, bronze, and yellow, and do make up a very lovely Steampunk bouquet.

(This bouquet is entirely my own creation)

Crazy weird as in... it has bodily features or something (eyes, nose, etc.)

But just as a tip, if you think you would like to have another go at it, the entries doesn't necessarily have to look like an existing flower/plant or even resemble any existing flower/plant in the slightest. This is a contest of creativity, so even if your creation looks like a wheelbarrow filled with pumpkins and catnip, why not? ;D

A steampunk based entry is one influenced by its culture. Say for example, I came up with a plant which was constructed using gears, brass, wood, screws and clockwork (hey look, the flower spins!), I was perhaps influenced by the spinning wheels on the steam trains when I was making it. The nature of the plant itself would belong to the steampunk category. Does that make sense?
