Go to Trick and he lets you trade either ribs or bones for skulls.
You can trade other stuff there too.

actually i just did it and was able to get the item i wanted.

What'd you do for Halloween?

Not much.
My nephew didn't want to go out so I forced him to go trick-or-treating with me so I wouldn't be asked "AREN'T YOU A LITTLE OLD TO TRICK-OR-TREAT".
I was a cop and he was a skeleton.
oh, And we avoided any scary looking houses xDDD
