When I was in Korea, I would walk several miles out on the track every day, had it split up nicely through out the day... *sigh*

lol, I like that motto, might just become mine now

I'm making up for not exercising by watching what I eat and how much. Worse, I'm counting calories so the cake I had at lunch really took that down... can't eat as much for supper, especially not more cake :(

Dx I feel you there. I'm trying to get around to making me a diet/exercise blog on here. I'll probably get around to starting it later today -- hopefully.
I'm really enjoying the color splay in your avatar, it's very tantalizing to the eyes.
Feel free to use that motto ;D My downfall really calorie wise is my breakfast is almost always 3-4 cups of coffee (I like my creamers...sometimes too much so instead of breakfast I swallow those calories up in liquid.)

ah, yeah creamer would do it... my sad point is that when lunch is over, I have eaten all the calories I can for the day... and I want to snack in the afternoon and eat a large supper.... so lately I have been trying to get past lunch with 800 calories remaining so I can enjoy the rest of the day easier.
