I slept right throw REM stage! LOL!
So, yeah, I was really tired yesturday because I woke up during the REM stage and my dreams bothered me.

Never heard of REM stage before. Or have I? I cant remember xD I had this weird dream. It was about Alice in Wonderland >.> It was kinda scary...

REM stage is Rapid Eye Movement. It's the stage of sleep in which you dream.
It's the last stage of sleep and if you wake up during REM stage, you can remember your dreams better. ^^

500 a day? ooo did they make that a l;imit because yesterday i was playing helicopter and all of a sudden i was getting lower gold for mtyy scores :(

Oh yeah! I read about it at school one day! That gave us pamplets about Sleep to read and everything.
