Yeah apparently they 'don't have time' for it. We have an even shorter one of like 30 seconds. Just check a box thats it and I get the silliest excuses for it.

Mmm, but its a tad harder because we sit there in an exit for a section of the park and talk to them as they leave it asking out how they were treated. If you don't get straight to the point they walk past you and ignore you.
