Haha, It's all good to me. I'd probably drool on the questions and fall asleep.

It's all good, Knerd. ^^ I probably wouldn't have been able to make the round tonight anyway, so I'm sorta glad one's being postponed till tomorrow. XD

Yeah, I got caught up in a game of Scrabble and was surprised at how much time has passed.
But I won! So I suppose the night wasn't a waste.

Haha, Nice.

I haven't had a successful game in forever, and nobody in my family wants to play upwords with me.
I need to sleep now though, good night~!

Good night!
I love Scrabble. I play online versions with my friends almost every night. It's a great way to stay in touch with everyone and have fun. And if the conversation slows, you just start trash talking each other. :lol:

I haven't played Scrabble in the longest time, but it's great that you won. :3 Shows that your word skills are sharply in tact. :D

It's strange, but Yahoo wasn't loading for me today. Neither was Pogo. I don't know if my laptop is just being fussy or if there was genuinely a problem with flash-based sites and my browser.

There's an online version of Scrabble? o_o Whoa, I must check this out. I didn't know one existed aside from the old school board version of the game. o_o;

Yeah, I know of a couple different versions.
The one I played on tonight is the Facebook version. It really isn't very good - It lags, doesn't accept a lot of words, and has the tendency to freeze up, but it works. No online game is going to be ideal.

Ah, yeah, my friends tried to get me to try that, but it would never let me actually sign up and get a game going. Facebook and their faulty applications. e_e; Pssh.

I honestly have like, no apps on my Facebook. XD They just don't interest me in the least. I'm there for the people, not the apps. o_o;

Oh dear. XD My dad's got a Facebook as well as his four other brothers and sisters, and then my grandmother has one as well. XD
I don't mind, it's easier to keep in touch, plus nothing I really have kept secret on there for them to see. I'm open with my family, pretty much.

Yeah, you don't know my mom though...She is not good at remembering facts in the correct order...I don't want to put something on facebook and get calls later from relatives upset because my mom pulled incorrect information about me off facebook. For everyone's safety and sanity...I will press the "ignore" button...

Hehe, that's too funny, Daria. I don't even have a Facebook account. I hardly ever even log into MySpace, so doesn't seem much point to open an account on Facebook too. Anyways, I need to get to bed, so I will talk to you all tomorrow! Goodnight! :)

*is very thankful that her parents don't understand computers*
My Facebook profile is set to full privacy, so even if someone in my family Googled me, they wouldn't be able to see anything.
But I don't spend very much time on the site. I play Scrabble and send notes back and forth to friends so that I can keep in touch with them, but that's it. I'm not the kind of person who constantly updates their status and does a different quiz every minute.

Hehe, Facebook is quite the big brother medium :/
I've hear about companies checking out pictures of sollicitants and stuffz before hiring them... not good :/
The only thing I do on FB is play poker (poker = awesome)

Well, people just forget that they're uploading photos and information that is available to everyone. If you don't want your employer to see pictures of you drinking and partying, you never should have posted them in the first place. People have to be smart about it. So I actually see it as a good thing - Why shouldn't companies take advantage of a public profile online?

That is true, people do have to be a bit smart about it, but unfortunately; not all people are aware of this. And I think a company can not fire you or something because of stuff that happen in your private life.
I heard for example about this woman who got fired because she took a day off, claiming to be sick, and then appearing online on facebook. (kinda stupid of her, but still..)

I'm the same way as you, Knerd. I have my profile set to full out privacy and only use the site solely for communication between family and friends. If someone shows up on my "people you may know" list and I see them and decide to accept them, that's the only way they can get my "friend" status in return.
I'm a very private person, I like to say. This day and age, I think it's a good thing to be that way.
