Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. I tried some Chobani carrot cake yogurt. I didn't need any of the sprinklers but the yogurt was really really good and I waited to see how was going to feel too and it stayed down and felt pretty good. Maybe that would be something to try? It was on sale at the grocery so I picked one up

It's totally true and you need to remember it. Every time you doubt yourself and feel self-conscious just remember there are people that love you Just the Way You Are. And usually when people around you or making you feel self-conscious or uncomfortable they're probably feeling the same way. So just smile and be yourself.
