I didn't really have all that much in the Commons that I wanted from this year's stuff. I got the black and the gold belt sashes, but I'm not sure I'll wear them. Some of the jewelry - I think I forgot to get the gold ankle snake, and that's about it. They had differenet colors of the Nero robes, like purple with stars, which matches some of the other items released last year - but no BLACK with gold stars. Meh.

I got a few of the athena dresses. I really do love them.

I really like the belt sashes - working on getting the gold for a third one of those, so I've got some colors to work with. And I picked up one of the Nero robes. I really like the jewelry, but it's not really my avatar's thing; I might pick some up later on, though, because the Egyptian-styled stuff is very nifty. I agree that a black-with-gold-stars Nero robe would be awesome, though =O

Yes, and all of the items are available in so many colors! It's hard to collect them all.

I think the Calliope dresses are very pretty, too. Of course, I can't wear them, but still XD They exist and that works for me, lol.

Why can't you wear them? Are they gender-exclusive or something?

@Symphony - Yeah, looks like it. I might pick up the male equivalent outfit later on, though, 'cause that's kind of cool. I like the pants from it quite a bit.

The best part about pixels on Mene, is that the colors are consistant. You can easily find a matching set of things from any store, because BLACK is the same BLACK in eveything. Unlike a certain other site, they don't have five mismatched shades of everything. Evey new item here has consideration for the existing items, even if it introduces a new color scheme. ^_^

That stinks Asahi. I didn't think the dresses were gender based.

The calliope dresses are beautiful, but a little risque for me.
I will see if I can soften them up a bit.

Maybe you can layer something over or under it?

@Jezriel - Haha, yes, I know what you mean. And I think they picked good shades of all the colors here, too. Like this manly shade of dark pink that I am so fond of ^^;;

I'm happy, they have many shades of Teal, and the Atlantis set is right up my ally too - and then there's the Merkheti egyptian stuff - of which I just discovered. ^_^

@GrannyJ - Would the Nero robes work, maybe, to cover up on the shoulders some more?

@Jezriel - Yeah, I really like the teal, as well. And the royal blue. I'm more or less done with this outfit, at least for now, so I have been working on getting more blue items, hehe. Makes me happy that this sash comes in several shades.

I really like the Nero robes and the sash. They work with both my star outfit and my frost ones.

The nero robes are very interesting to play with.
