Yan's Strange & Mystifying Weekend


Yan and I are going to have lots of fun this weekend! I hardly babysit, so please bear with me if I get

Saturday Morning From The Mansion


My little Yan arrived yesterday night at my Japanese-styled mansion. I wasn't sure what to think when I found him in my mailbox.
I didn't think the adoption agency would leave him alone in such a strange location at dawn. I guess such a creature
would only come from a strange adoption agency... Good thing I called ahead to make sure what time he would arrive.
It was pure luck that I noticed him poking out of the mailbox, though.


So this morning I offered Yan a cheescake with strawberries and chocolate syrup that I had made the night before. I couldn't help it.
He was my first Yan and I just had to spoil him. He really seemed to enjoy it, especially because it looked a bit like pizza--he told me.
He would've eaten all of it if I hadn't told him to save it for later. We had lots of things to do.


That day, I decided to use a brand new red bike with a child seat I had bought a week before.
He loved the feel of the cushioned seat. Before we left, I strapped a helmet onto his head and told him
to hold on tight to the handlebars. He appeared to not be listening, but when we started on the trip, he did as he was told.

Saturday Morning First Errand

The first thing I wanted to do that morning was buy some clothes for my brand new Yan.
