yeah...i write poems, got a problem with that?


its not the most enlightening poem out there, so if you like being happy turn around and don't read it


Life is a piece of shit
Nowhere left for you to spit
Painfully and slowly it kills your mind
Leaving all goals/acomplishments behind

Everyday you sit and wonder
"Where the fuck is my life to plunder?"
But maybe we should never forget
Its not just us that will always regret

Parents are screaming
Friends all just schemeing
No more pretending
The world is ending

Now i finally have nothing left to say
So everyone have a crappy/happy Valentines Day.

I must say I sorta burst out laughing when I read the first line.. I hadn't really read the prelude because I don't like figuring out what to expect until I read the poem.

You have the same outlook on life as me, you just put it in much more playful terms. <3

Heh, I was expecting some sort of sappy poem and bam there's something the completely opposite. After all the title to the topic did say it was a Valentine's Day poem.

I understand it though.. or I understand it for my own reasons because of a lot of personal experience.

Can you say "forced rhyme"? :o

If you removed some of the rhymes and replace them with what you really want to say the poem would make more sense, and wouldn't feel like you are skipping from one thing to the next just to make it rhyme.

That's actually a really good poem... I can't say I share the viewpoint, but I do feel like that sometimes.
