Sammie sighed and she shook her head "So what? I dont care. They shouldnt treat you that way anyways." she said and then she turned to one of her friends "Lets go..." she said as she grabbed her friends arm and she walked over to her beach blanket. Her other friends stayed and she would just leave them alone to play Volleyball.

Damien groaned and walked over to them. He sat down in the sand infront of them "Look. It's okay. I get why they do it. I get cocky sometimes, it's truely okay."

Sammie looked at him for a moment , she blinked a couple of times before anwsering "Alright. If you say so. I was getting tired anyways so I think I'll stay here... You can go play the game thought , if you want too..." she said.

He burried his feet again. "I'm good." He smiled and laid back, the sand was warm and the sun felt good on his skin.

Sammie nodded and she smiled a little , her friend said she had to go and Sammie nodded again "Okay. See ya later..." she said. Sammie looked over at the other guy , who's name she did not know yet. "What's your name?" she asked him with a smile.

"Damien. Yours?" He sat back up and looked at her. He hated not looking at the person he was talking to.

"Samantha. But call me Sammie..." she said and smiled again. She kinda thought he was cute.

"Nice to meet you Sammie." He smiled and brought his hand up to his eyes, blocking the sun.

"Nice to meet you too Damien." she said and then looked around a bit before looking at him again "So , do you play volleyball much?" she asked him.

"Not much anymore. I used to play in high school, but, now I just play when I'm a bit bored." He smiled. She's cute.

Sammie nodded and she smiled once again "That's cool... I dont play much either... I play when I dont have homework mostly. And that's like never." she said and laughed a bit "I use to be really good in high school..." she added.

"Yeah. Homework swamps me as well... normally. I got a break this weekend. Professor Matkins didn't give me as much as you usually do, but, oh. I go to Central California University. ((I don't think that's a real school. But. Oh well. ))

Sammie nodded "Hey , I go to Central California University too!" she said and smiled. Yeah , Matkins for some reason didnt give me as much homework as usaul either..." she said and gave a little nod. "So how come I never see you around at school?" she asked with with a little smile.

"I take night classes. I work durring the day." He said, relaxing a bit.

Sammie nodded "Oh... I see." she said and smiled a little "I take day classes..." she said.

He nodded. "Most people do. I wish I could, it's so hard to stay awake during the night classes."

Sammie shrugged "It wouldnt matter much for me. I can hardly stay awake in the day classes my self. But I sleep all the time too." she said and laughed a little.

"Well arn't you lucky." He got up and sat beside her, lying down.

Sammie just smiled , she couldnt belive how cute was Damien. She looked over at him and she smiled again.

Damien grinned a bit. "Can I help you?"

Sammie smiled and rolled her eyes at the same time. She ended up laughing a little bit.

He poked her side. "Whattt??"

Sammie put her hand over the place where he poked her , it slightly tickles her. She laughed a little bit more before saying "Oh nothing."

He rolled over on her side and poked her again. "Tell me."

Sammie laughed again and she shook her head , being the stubborn girl she was.
