The wind whispered softly through the trees, gently pulling free a strand of silver hair from behind his head guard. His eyes closed, the man reveled silently in the silence of the forest and slowly one dark orb slid open as he heard his students approaching. Glancing at the sky he thought with a wry grin beneath his mask, Hnn...they're early...

Closing his book easily and slipping it into his vest, he leapt off the branch he was perched in and disappeared into the foliage below. "Well, it seems you all are so eager to train today," he spoke with amusement laced in his voice as two of his students jumped while the third merely faced him calmly and spoke, "Kakashi..." The jumpiest, a yellow haired boy spun around with anger in his face, "Stupid Kakashi-sensei! You always sneak up like that!" The man, Kakashi, couldn't help but laugh as he proceeded with today's lesson silently wishing he would've been allowed a little more time to enjoy the beautiful day...

A male walked through the village his hands with in
his pockets his eye glasses glittered in the sun. He
looked rather upset yt it was hard to tell with the
hood of his black jacket covering his face. He wasn't
thrilled to be back here, but his lord insisted that
he come back and check up on his new body.

The younger boy sighed knowing that there was a large
chance that he would run in to the copy ninja once
more. He had barely got away last time and wasn't yet
ready to see his old friend. Yet his smirk grew as
he thought of the look on the other face when he had
droped out the window was priceless, a chance to see
that again it would make his day...

As if sensing something was wrong Kakashi didn't make training that long today. Earning a silent complaint and two sighs of relief he watched as Naruto ran off towards where he guessed was to get ramen. Watching his other two students go their separate ways, Kakashi frowned and looked towards the village.

Something didn't feel quite right...and it was the same feeling he had gotten when Kabuto had attempted to kill Sasuke. Frowning under his mask he leapt into the trees and out of sight.

Kabuto had made his way to training grounds, but not
to close. He was too smart to wait as close as last
time. He was the Sounds best spy and would not ruin
his reputation over getting overly cocky with his
skill.

He waited in the tres hearing the sighs of relief
from the kids Kakashi train and laughed silently.
He heard the soft foot steps of the young 'master'
comming light his way. He was not to make contact
today but more so later on that week. He narrowed
his eyes feeling a strong chakura moving towards
him, he did not make a move ti'll Sasuke was out
of ear shot. Kabuto Silently made his way to another tree then another...

A kunai went flying into the tree where Kabuto's head had been and then another sank into the branch just below the other's foot. All of the sudden the strong chakra disappeared as Kakashi spoke, still not revealing his position, "What are you doing here...Kabuto."

Noiselessly he gracefully moved, remaining in the shadows as his eyes narrowed. This time if the other nin made an atempt to even go near Sasuke, the silver-haired ex-anbu was ready for him.

Kabuto's eye opened wide but narrowed at the Kunai
that was stuck in to the trunk beside him. Her turned
slightly but smirked hearing the sound of the copy nin.
His face twisted in a smirk as he pushed his glasses up.

"So we meet again Kakashi-sama...how are you?" He said
and pulled down his hood showing his face. "I was just enjoying this lovely day...you people have done a wonderful job on redoing your village I commend you"
He said in a mocking tone.

Kakashi's eyes narrowed slightly and easily he pulled off his headguard. Armed with two kunai he spoke slowly, "You haven't answered me Kabuto." Almost out of nowhere another kunai went flying into the tree, this one inches away from Kabuto's groin.

He didn't like that sarcastic mocking tone and it did nothing but make him want to killed the other man even quicker. Remaining calm and keeping his chakra under control so the other wouldn't be able to sense it, Kakashi said in a slightly venomous tone, "Did that snake send his dog for a reason or are you just so eager to die you return here?"

Kabuto sighed and shook his head his leg slightly
shaking from that last attack But his faced kept
cool "I cam here to see my father is that so bad
Kakashi-sama?"He said knowing full well the man
who raised him was killed.

"Why asume so much why not just belive me?" He said
a girn over his face. It slowly fell hearing himself
be called a dog. "I am no ones dog... Lord Orochimaru
has never and will never control me I do his work
just like you do the work of that yeadame..."

Something deep down in Kakashi didn't believe the other nin for a second. Still watching from the shadows Kakashi frowned and said flat icy tone, "No...he'll kill you when you no longer serve a purpose..." Silence washed over them before the silver haired man spoke in a stilghtly angry tone, "You lost all trust I had in you when you tried to kill Sasuke...."

His eyes closed a sigh falling from his lip's.
"I do not now or will ever believe that my lord
would do such a thing..." He said looking for the
others power knowing he was a sitting duck like
this. He found a small simmering power lurking
near the base of the tree. He stood straight feeling
his hate for the young boy fire in him, he had always
been spiteful of what his lord would go through
to get him. "That boy is nothing but a pawn..."

Another kunai flew through the air, this one closer to Kabuto's groin as Kakashi spoke almost angrily, "Heh...you really are a fool Kabuto! He's just using you! Here you say Sasuke is a pawn when you yourself are no different!" Why he had snapped, not even Kakashi himself knew...

Angrily, he armed himself with kunai intent on driving Kabuto away for good this time...

Kabuto smirked leting the other's words fall off to
the floor. He jumped up hearing the next kunai flying
at him, he laughed. "You know nothing at all of my
master so don't try!"He said getting ready to leap
to the next tree. Taking two moments he lept to the
next tree hoping to get away.

However, Kakashi wasn't willing to allow Kabuto to go further. "Your fault then....Kabuto. I will kill you here and now if you don't leave." Emerging from the trees he lunged at the other nin, throwing kunai quickly skillfully at the other's legs and chest. Then, drawing his last kunai he faced the other, planning how he would get rid of the other...

His feet barely touched the tree branch when already he lifted himself off killing intent visible in both eyes...

Kabutos smirked letting the knifes hit his chest
pinning him to a tree. Yet he poofed in to a large
puff of smoke. A laugh came from behind the older
nin as a boy with sliver hair jumped up behind him
throwing the knifes that had been in the other tree
at thier owner now...

Almost as if expecting this, Kakashi landed on the side of the tree and quickly focusing his chakra skillfully to his feet he crouched on the trunk as he knocked away his own kunai and caught the last few, sending them flying after Kabuto and with narrowed eyes quickly made hand signs before he lunged at Kabuto, his chakra focused in his hand in a orb that made the noise of chirping birds as the chakra swirled violently....

He said nothing as he mimiced Kabuto's move by using his sharigan he saw how it was done and was suddenly behind Kabuto as he sent the orb into the other nin's lower thigh completely bursting the blood vessels there underneath the other's skin as he dropped down onto a tree branch, drawing his kunai once more."Give up Kabuto....", he said softly in a dangerously calm tone...

The older man had acted to fast for him to respond
the chidori hitting his leg dead on. The younger
male felt his leg burst with a large amount of pain.
He yelled out as he hit the tree trunk then on to the
branch side ways. "Kakashi-sama do you not remmber
what my gift is?" He said smirking shakinly now as
his hand went to his leg.

It healed it enough so he could stand yet it
still pained him to do so. She looked at him
and shook his head no. "I rather live to fight
another day" He said bowing his head as he turned
to lep in to the next tree as fast as he could
ignoring the pain in his leg.
