I picked up a stomach bug last night shortly after being super sleepy I woke up really sore. I passed out in the bathroom. :( at least Iwas at home.

April 10th: Innovating

I almost had to go to the hospital last night. I had the runs for like a whole night then the day after I kept fainting and sleeping. :( We were suppose to go to an art show yesterday but being sick made it impossible. Sucks because the tickets were bought for me as a present. :(

I'm still kinda tender but I can walk better. yay!

April 11th: Favorite Child book

My favorite book was Island of the Blue Dolphins. But my favorite stories were actually from my mom and grandmothers. They always told stories without books and sang them in pretty songs.

April 12th:

I had insane emotional and disturbing dreams last night.

It consisted of multiple dreams where I activity try to kill myself. Mostly with glass or knives. While I was killing myself over and over a different dream was going on in the back ground. Basically people I love going about there day. They didn't see me in most dreams. In Dreams they did they didn't react. They just acted lie it was normal for me to be killing myself for them.

I also kept looking into my own eyes during the dream. Like the whole "it's me but not me" thing happened. As the scenes behind me changed I stabbed, sliced or twisted another area. I would heal every time and ask why myself why I'm letting this happen. Why aren't I afraid. Stuff like that.

I woke up Dizzy. And Sweating.

Chris and I hand a lucky day at the thrift shops. :D We both found a few things.

I got a cute new hoodie for spring as well as a really wicked looking candle. It's large and the way the did the dye inside it makes it look like fire. I figure it would be perfect for summer fire/fall candle burning. I also found a super pretty Green summer dress I can't wait to wear. :D He fought a couple of books and a hobby horse. . . he's going to use it for a Cosplay. XD It's going to be SO funny.

Another beautiful day. :)

I've been trying a new thing with my hair. I've been skipping conditioner and going for Argon Oil also using a new shampoo. My hair look really dead and lifeless. This oil is amazing. It was a beauty tip from my manager. Her and her daughter both have such thick and beautiful hair.

It's only been a week and I'm already seeing a difference with these two items. I can't read half of what's on the label but I kinda already knew Asian hair products were superior to western ones. No Parabens and it's very concentrated so you only need half of what I normally use.

I can't wait to see it 6 months from now. :D

April 25th : I hate mornings...

Normally I'd agree with this statement. . .however, I woke up WAY early for me today. So I woke Chris up too, (yes I'm that person) and made him play D3 with me before he left for work. XD He was like. What;s got into you today. I'm also plotting to go for a walk as well.

I starting sketching out my Art list for June...which OMG I CAN'T believe I'm doing it. After getting so far behind earlier in the year. Sadly the basement renos are still not done. :( Right now they're hindging on my teenager getting off her butt and sorting what she does and doesn't want to keep in to Sell, Give away and Keep piles. She had a long weekend and didn't do any of it. >:(

I also bought a quilt from my mom that Gran had made her for a wedding present. They need money and I wanted to keep it in the family. I about had a bird when she posted it up for sale on FB. I was ll WHOA mom! If you needed money and wanted to get rid of a family keepsake come to me first. T.T It's so lovely. It's a creamy off white color and is so beautifully made.

It's hard to pick just one but I love Sweet Potatoes, Onions, tomatoes ect. (even if they're a fruit) Oh and spinach. Spinach and cheese quiche is so yummy. :D

I keep coming across people selling coloring pages on Etsy...and I'm like thinking to myself. Pfft I can do that. The only problem... how do I chose what to draw for it. I have a ton of ideas in my head right now and I can't really settle with just one. I'm sure I'll get to them all out eventually. BUT... Where to begin. O>O

Also should I do "fan" derived art. I see a few here and there but I feel like that if I somehow get popular at doing this kind of thing there will be legal problems associated with it. At the same time I don't understand how half the fan art gets sold at conventions like they do. *sigh* It's a lot to think about but it would be a fun way to earn some extra money. :D

April 30th :

So I ended up doing a BUNCH of stuff today. :D It was absolutely beautiful out as well. So I wore my first sundress of the year.

I went to Sephora for the first time in a long time. OMG so much stuff I wanted in there. O>O I had a gift card but I still ended up paying close to $50 for what I got. I hope this SmashBox Photo Finish Primer is as good as the say. I also got a rose beauty mask I can't wait to try out. Chris picked up some gardening books.

After that we went to lunch. I had a Zesty Zinger Chicken "burger". I ended up pealing off half the bread. That filled me up pretty quick. We had a nice chat while we there too.

We went on a gaming adventure today. There was a games day at a local church put on buy our cities most popular gaming shop. OMG SO many broad games. XD I played Settlers of Catan for the first time in it's Star Trek form. I met a few new people. We also bought a locally made game called Feisty Dice. It's a really cool take on an adventure game. I can't wait to bring it to keycon and try it out with some friends.

• I'm pretty happy about my first "Tab Pick" I always feel so lucky when people like my avatars.

On Friday I had something new from my co-workers. I never really heard what it was called. Only what it was made out of. Rice flour and spices. It had a constancy of mashed potatoes and had a nice spice to it.

With Chris over this weekend I'm trying to concentrate on making our tabards. The event plus mother's day is going to be making it difficult. But I will persevere as I normally do. Oh I also have to find some flowers to take pictures of for the Bloomin' Photos contest. Crazy! At least I can use the Tabard making for my October DA update.
