hmm... I always listen to Circa Survive, The Format and FUN.

My current must listen to music would have to be the singles from a Japanese girl band AKB48. It gets me into a better mood in the morning when I drag myself out of bed and off to work.

And probably at work, its some of the songs from the Animaniacs! I don't know if many people know this Warner Brother's cartoon but he songs are absolutely hookie and fast paced. It makes me seem like I have to work faster to keep up!

My favorite artist is, without a doubt, Bjork. Actually, I didn't like her at all when I first heard her; I thought that her voice was strange and had no sense of direction. She's definitely odd, but variant enough that she never really gets boring. Primarily, I adored her work in Dancer in the Dark, which is the film that made me take a second listen to her music. The film was beautiful, but the soundtrack was on a different level entirely. My favorite song by Bjork at the moment is probably "Pagan Poetry." There's something about it that makes it burst with beauty and passion; not very many artists can do that on a level that even begins to compare with her.

Perfume Genius is my new favorite band. Basically just a guy on a piano, pouring his heart out, but nowhere near as annoying. It's great calming study music.

For me, it's definitely Bjork. Her music is so absolutely gorgeous and it's the perfect way to start the day, especially with lyrics so raw and easy to relate. I also have to squeeze in at least one Tempter Trap song; their music is so peppy and fun.

Oh that's a hard question! I like all sorts of artists and bands and what not. Currently, I guess I would have to say Lady Gaga because right now, there is not a single song of hers that I don't adore. ~ <3 I use to love Panic! At The Disco too... before they changed their whole style >P<
