Ah. I ended up waking up to my shoulder blade whinging. Apparently, it decided to tighten up in the night and it felt like someone was stabbing a knife into it. Still does (though less so now that I've popped a pain pill).

I am sorry to hear that Seri, A couple days ago i slept weirdly on my cheek and had been hurting for a couple days whenever i did something with that side of my mouth, but now that I think about it could have been a tighten muscle too. That can happen right?

Tightening of the muscles in sleep does happen. I woke up with a stiff neck and I'm working it out.
