Neither have I. My wife has though. She got attacked by a dog when she was four and has had like ten different surgeries to reconstruct her face. Granted, that's totally different than paying thousands of dollars to get a nose job "just because". Not that I have any problem with people who do that, I just think it's two different scenarios.
