There wont be another Mene~summer Night's Dream next year since the idea wasn't completely mine, of course if Blondheart ever decided to comeback I wish she would do the event for us.

Next year I plan on doing an event around this time, but it's going to be something kept under wraps for awhile. Nobody besides the people whom I kidnap will know anything about it. :ninja:

Noir, as long as you submit a wip by the end of the event, you're good to go. The actual deadlin is a few days after, to give the artists some time.

Ahh.. Ironic and Biscuit... I actually go to save my art in a photo shot into my computer.. now my only problem is getting it to photobucket. it seems I can't access my own account.. *sighs* I am going to actually set up another account in photobucket just for this.. because my computer is just driving me nutz. XD
Its a sketch. I didn't color it at all. but I just added bluish tinting hue to give it an affect I was thinking about. But its not elaborate or anything. I hope it qualifies once I can get it submitted ^^

Commentary: This is my original drawing of Tatiana, The queen of the faeries. She is laying down on the grass weeping about her "dangling by the thread" marriage with the king, Oberon. She feels guilty and wishes for all that she had done to be erased. She can only find comfort laying sorrowfully while grasping a wild flower in her hands. Such a fragile living force at the tips of her fingers is slowly being crushed at the base of the stem. And she weeps more knowing this.

Makes me want to know what makes Titania cry... DX what had she done wrong. XD

well i only read the synopsis.. she apparently cheats on the king with a guy. I forget the guy's position but her marriage with the king is a very delicate one because of this. I wanted to show her feeling horrible for what she has done. She seems like a sweet queen in the play so I didn't want to make her evil or micheivious.

Yep, apparently Shakespeare was into that sort of thing. XD

Xuv.. thank you dear! ^^ I wish I knew CG then I would have done one for that one. But my computer is not going to allow me to learn it. I'll wait til I have my new laptop so I can make some CGs. Do you think CGs are difficult to do generally speaking?

Depends. Many things are easier to do when you get use to it. Practice, practice and practice.

WHy not traditional colour it?

Well, I only have colored pencils and.. I just would much rather color it in my computer. It's just I can never get the shading right with those pencils. And at the moment I can't afford any other mediums until after my move (is moving in 3 weeks).

Meh. There are many interpretations of Puck. One of which is the the faun which could be found in old images in printings made in the 1700's. I felt like doing a faun.
